    Fridge

    Delivery of fridge. On time delivery and careful when entering home. However did leave some packaging on street. So far there are no issues with product. Would purchase another product if needed.

    Purchase dishwasher and refrigerator

    Store is very welcoming. They explain where all the brands of appliances are and let you look around and when you are ready a sales person will answer your questions and process your order. Marc was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me make my decision and answering any questions I had on delivery. Highly recommend both the store and Marc.

    Great fridge drop off

    Guys did a great job, very fast efficient and careful Removed our front door , installed the fridge and were out in a flash Would definitely purchase from cas again

    This company uses deceptive practices, post sales support is terrible.

    Purchased new appliances. Delivered damaged. Told on the phone day of delivery to use them by store employee until replacements can be shipped. Now, they will not replace them. Ignoring me and my requests. Only the sales person will call me back. They send emails to you with cut and paste text, grammatical errors, they actually admitted in an email that they DO NOT communicate by phone with customers about exchanges. It’s their policy to ignore you. do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere. This place has great presales service and a policy of ignoring customers post sales. It’s gross, shop elsewhere.

    Moved new fridge into basement

    Moving old large heavy fridge and put in new fridge. Appreciated they removed doors that needed to be. Appreciated they lifted the very heavy fridge and removed it from my house.

    Fridge replacement

    Fast efficient, great deal. Awesome customer service even during these times with all the lockdowns the replacement of my fridge which died on me right before the holidays went much more smoother than I expected

    Washer Dryer Purchase

    I purchased a new washer dryer pair from the CAS. The sales person Tony was very knowledgeable in helping me decide which model to buy. It was delivered on the promised day with no hiccups and was supported by a very nice team.

    Washer and Dryer

    Fantastic Customer service from the get go! Really pleased with the Communication fro CAS. I knew exactly to the 30 mins when my machines were to arrive. Fast, courteous and friendly. Will buy again from CAS

    Great Service

    We were rebuilding a house and needed a full house of appliances. We had very specific requirements and all appliances we were able to order all of the appliances through CAS. Highly recommended for your appliance needs all at reasonable pricing.
