    Kitchen reno

    Positive experience- start to finish Delivery cool, was sufficient, polite and helpful. We would recommend both the store and the delivery. Both appliances came in in excellent condition. We were able to examine both pieces at our leisure.

    Replaces aging appliances

    CAS was very accommodating and provided us with the best cost effective price for our purchase. Andrew Lee was very professional and provided great customer service. The fridge we ordered was backordered and our current fridge started leaking. Andrew was able to provide us with a similar model immediately and scheduled the delivery expediently. The delivery staff was very professional and kind and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish! Thank you Andrew and the delivery staff. We greatly appreciate it.

    New range

    Needed a new range and decided on a dual fuel version. Research led me to the Ge Cafe line. Went to showroom and looked at it and a few other models. Ordered the GE. Customer service was great; item was backordered due to Covid supply issues, but it arrived within the estimated time frame. Delivery was promptly arranged and happened efficiently. LOVE the new range!

    Excellent service

    We had the best experience with CAS. Very knowledgeable, patient, listened to what we needed and did not try to "upsell" us, walked us through some of the models so we could confirm what we wanted. Excellent pricing to boot!

    Regular customer

    I have bought 3 appliances from Canadian Appliance separately and the service has been consistently good. No issues from buying to delivery. I haven't had the need for after service yet.

    Canadian appliance store

    I needed a washer and dryer quickly. Naveed and his team were easy to work with, conscientious and knowledgeable. He patiently answered my questions and arranged for delivery to accommodate my schedule. I would definitely recommend CAS for your appliance needs.

    Finding a stove in a pandemic

    Called several stores trying to find the stove I wanted, and most said "back ordered until March". CAS was the only one to recommend other stoves that were close to what I was looking for, and was deliverable in less than a week.

    Kitchen Appliance

    Both the salesperson and delivery men were professional and courteous. The range was also delivered within a week at a time when other stores are advising of delivery times of over one month.

    good service and good delivery

    they call as i asked before coming and take great attention in making sure the appliance did not get any scratch or bumb into anything upon delivery. Very good service and great price for the appliance

    refrigerater purchase

    Easy over the phone purchase and delivery. Had to make a purchase and delivery arrangement over the phone and it was done quickly and without any problems. Not much more to say.
