    Replacing vent and stove, and adding a dishwasher to my kitchen

    The shopping was thoroughly enjoyable as the selection was good and I spent less than I expected because the gas stove I came to buy was available at the floor model price. I was also fortunate enough to be able to take delivery of my purchases within one week as my stove, vent, and dishwasher were all available in the store. I heard that it would probably take weeks or even months for new stock to arrive during COVID. But not for me. Haha. It was my lucky day!

    Mixed results

    After a previous bad experience with this company I decided to give them another shot. So far so good- I'll update when I make sure the appliances aren't damaged or faulty. The showroom in North York is good, the salespeople are professional and there's deals to be found but the issues come with them not standing behind their products and washing their hands once the product is delivered. Good luck if you get a faulty product- you're left to deal the hell that is manufacturer customer service - I'm looking at you Bosch...

    Excellent service

    The crew was very professional and careful bringing in the appliances they were quick to. They took away all of the boxes and left the house in a great state. Very professional and pleasant team. Would highly recommend

    Machine Machine

    Had a great overall experience with CAS. From the knowledgeable in-store rep to the delivery crew. They were careful, and very informative regarding the washer and potential issues in my laundry room.

    Great service from the start till the end

    Alex the sale person at the Trainyard location is great. He is very knowledgeable and provide us with recommendations that we are very pleased with. The delivery guys are very polite and great service! I would recommend Canadian Appliances to my friends and family, in fact, we are the return customer. And we had recommended for our friends and family

    double oven range

    ordered the range from CAS last week received today December 3rd. other stores were giving mid to end of January as delivery dates. Went to the Laval location last Friday, made my payement and voila unit delivered on the day they had promised. Professional delivery guys who took great care in carrying the unit inside my home and placing exactly where I asked. Kudos for my experience with CAS. I actually got information from the Vancouver office and then I placed my order as I was directed to the London Ontario Officeby the phone system. Their system automatically send your call to any location in Canada when your location is busy. This ensures that every customer's call is answered by a live body. Great team of sales people.

    Kitchen

    Great service! The entire team at Canadian Appliance Store was great, including the guys that delivered the fridge and washer - dryer. The customer service rep responded and assisted us right away and were very friendly.

    Dryer

    My dryer broke yesterday and was not looking to go to laundromat. Call the company and they delivered today. Thanks for the fast delivery. I can wait to try my new idem it looks great maybe next year I will bye the washer.

    Refrigerator and stove

    Both store and delivery service are very professional. Deliver on schedule. Staff are friendly. Cost reasonable. Will recommend to other friends. Will consider the same company in the future. Thanks

    Oven purchase

    Quick and easy online purchase delivered in less then a week. Purchased a new oven online, started a chat with customer Rep. Who then called and spoke to us directly. Was able to negotiate a good price including delivery removal of old appliance
