    Induction oven

    My electric range died after 19 years of use. I contacted Canadian Appliance Source for a replacement. They were quick helpful and delivery was pain free. I would highly recommend them for your appliances.

    Kitchen appliance

    Needed a wall oven ASAP, as mine quit 1 month before Christmas, and during pandemic, this is almost impossible. Salesperson was very helpful and considerate. Everything happened as promised, ie notification and delivery.

    Fridge/stove delivery

    Excellent service from the delivery guys. My mom wants to adopt one of the delivery guys he was so kind to her. Polite respectful and men of integrity who came to my home. I don’t even know their names but God bless. They were both wonderful

    Does not honor pricing quoted and even processed through credit card

    I ordered a wall oven and was quoted $258 delivery and I reluctantly accepted as that cost to ship this to Thunder Bay is still over priced. They stated that is what they pay to Day & Ross. I requested to use Gardewine and they refused me to use my own shipping company to pick up the wall oven and deliver to me . They processed the transaction and then called me to say the shipping cost is actually over $500. and if I didn't want to pay that they would cancel my order. The manager would not come to the phone to talk to me as I requested. Horrible company policy to not back pricing quoted and processed. They are now saying it will take a week to credit me back on my credit card.

    Frigidaire Upright Freezer

    Freezer was delivered in good condition on time. Old freezer was removed professionally. Super service! In store personnel were very friendly and accommodating. The experience was very smooth. Communications were very thorough. Thank you!

    Bought new Refigerator

    Salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery was fast and carefully managed, especially during current pandemic difficulties. Price was comparable with other sources. Selection was good. Would recommend you check them out for major appliances.

    New kitchenaid dishwasher

    My dishwashers on it's last legs in the middle of the pandemic and stock is low all over the city. Mike from CAS walked me through my options for what was in stock and gave me a fair price.

    New Range

    Difficult to access home for delivery. Delivery read special instructions on delivery slip and turned out to be under ten minutes in with new and out with old. Great service.

    Gas Dryer

    After having a hard time getting a satisfactory product in a timely manner from big-box retailers, a friend recommended CAS. The sale process, follow up and delivery were all carried out professionally and expeditiously.

    New Refrigerator and Dishwasher - old stuff removed

    Excellent sales people - knowledgeable, accommodating and good attention to detail. Good Installers and delivery crew - on time, polite and lots of advance notice on delivery times. I have used CAS in another location in Canada and have always been pleased.
