    fridge

    The sale lady (Elizabeth) was very honest and motivated in helping me finding the fridge, she was trying to make sure that my fridge would be delivered within a few days. The delivery crew was very professional and on time. I very much appreciate the CAS's staff.

    Delivered as hoped

    Shopping for 5 applliances during COVID. CAS delivered as promised, the towo delivery guys were fantastic. Two other appliances purchased elsewhere - terrible service, postponed twice at the last minute.

    Easy process

    The stuff are very professional. The process of negotiating price is easy and straightforward. They don't throw bullshiit or waste any time. Delivery process is on time. All over it is a good experience

    Wall oven

    Looking for a wall oven with a short delivery period. Couldn't find a local store that had any in store to view. Was amazed at the selection at Canadian Appliance Services. Ordered my wall oven on Saturday and it came Thursday. Excellent price and service.

    Product

    We went to CAS Barrie location, it was very busy. As soon as someone was available they came to help. We were helped by Jason, great guy helped us out right away, explained everything properly to us and we had our product in 5 days! We will definitely be going back for other appliances. Also delivery guys were very nice, respectful and very clean. Thank you so much would definitely recommend CAS!

    GE Range

    Helpful and knowledgeable service. Great delivery service , considering they had 3 flights of stairs outside. I will definitely recommend them again and courtesy texts and emails were very helpful. Brenda

    Defective Dishwasher

    Purchased a dishwasher last week and installed it on the weekend. Right out of the box the dishwasher is defective and has an error code. After calling the manufacturer they advised that they could send a service tech out in approx. 2 weeks. Not acceptable. Called CAS to complain that we bought a new dishwasher and have to wait over 2 weeks to use it. Referred to Customer Care Department. Customer Care has declined our request to return the dishwasher as it was installed. How can you tell if a dishwasher is defective unless it is installed??? Have not received any kind of satisfaction from CAS. Beware once they have your money they are not willing to do anything for you. Horrible customer service!!

    Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. We regret to hear that your appliance has a functional issue. Please understand that CAS is an authorized retailer, and we receive all of the appliances we sell directly from the manufacturer in their original packaging. The packaging is not removed until the appliance is presented to our customers. Therefore, CAS does not perform Quality Control testing on any of the appliances we sell. This is done by the manufacturer during the production process. As such, there are times that an appliance may experience functional issues shortly after purchase and as it is a functional issue, it falls under the manufacturer's warranty. In cases like this, the manufacturer provides CAS with very specific guidelines on how to proceed. This will almost always include having the manufacturer send out a technician to assess the appliance. The technician's report is provided to the manufacturer who then determines whether or not they feel as though the appliance can be repaired or would need to be replaced. Kind regards CAS

    KOSE500ESS oven

    This oven has received excellent reviews in Canada & USA and CAS / Mike Cole are very diligent. No pressure, no upselling. Good answers to my questions. Highly recommend that team.

    New washing machine

    Got a new LG washing machine from CAS Burlington. Liam was super helpful in advising us and giving us quick delivery. The delivery guys showed up on time and installed it professionally.

    Bosch Glass top electric tange

    I needed to replace my glass top stove because it had been damaged by tenants lack of maintenance and I had a Bosch Microwave/ vent combination that I needed to match up after my initial attempt to replace the glass top failed. Everyone was backordered for the range that I needed but CAS sales person helped me find a suitable replacement at the best price and explained how the glass top raised to the counter would work in this space. He was very patient and although the wait was a month and I was worried about the delivery and condition of the appliance things went very smoothly and my concerns were all addressed. I’ve had a good experience all in all and would use them and recommend my salesman Anil
