    Samsung stove

    Great customer service, product was delivered in great shape with no damage. Was brought into the house and the old stove was removed to the garage. Good communication and updates for expected delivery and arrival.

    New Home, New Appliances

    Bought 4 appliances from CAS and the whole experience was great from the in store experience to the updates via email and call to confirm delivery and finally the delivery itself which was in the allotted time and everything delivered in working order, no issues and the delivery team was great!

    Refrigerator

    Bought fridge and was told delivery would be mid December. Got it Nov. 4 and the delivery was very prompt, efficient and very professional. The two young men were friendly and wore masks for virus safety.

    Excellent Service and Delivery

    Ordered my oven and fridge freezer back in September. David the salesperson was very knowledgable and gave us a good deal on the two. We knew the pandemic was going to affect the delivery, but we weren't in a hurry to get them. CAS communicated with us the whole time to let us know the arrival/delivery date. They both arrived today (4th Nov.) and we were contacted with the four hour time slot. The men came within the first hour. They were both very respectful to my house/property. They both wore masks and were very careful carrying the old appliances out and the new ones in. The guy in charge of the final paperwork was very polite and gave us the required information on how to install them and if there were any problems. He answered the questions we asked him to our satisfaction.His co worker was also very polite and respectful when we spoke to him. I was very happy with my appliances and the system in place to get them to me. Thank you.

    Kitchen range/oven

    Needed a replacement range / oven when our 3 yr old Whirlpool unit had a failure of the control board. Too expensive to repair so we went shopping. CAS had the exact replacement we were hoping to get (after significant online reviews and recommendations including Consumer Reports). To our surprise and delight it was not only on sale but had an additional discount due to some minor cosmetic damage. Made the purchase and very happy with the decision.

    Fridge

    Just unpacked it.....now wait 3 hours to plug in and now they tell me That I have to use thirty words or more so I have seven more to do

    New washer

    The sales team were excellent. Very accommodating, professional, courteous. Communication was excellent. They returned my message quickly. I felt they appreciated my business. Delivery technician was excellent. Quick, pleasant, professional.

    KITCHEN APPLIANCES

    EVERYTHING WENT WELL WITH CANADIAN APPLIANCES AND THE DELIVERY GUYS WERE TERRIFIC CONSIDERING MY BUILDING WAS EXTREMELY BUSY ON DELIVERY DAY. Only bad thing was Bertazzoni holding my delivery up because they had the fridge delivered but no handles and took a few extra weeks because of them.

    Refrigerator delivery

    After a horrible experience with the Brick, I called and spoke with Mike who was extremely helpful. Was able to get a fridge delivered within 4 days. Was extremely impressed with the delivery crew. Very considerate not to damage floor and walls removing old fridge and bringing in new one.

    Fridge delivery

    Delivery men were incredible. They had to remove 2 doors and partial remove a screen door to get the fridge through the openings. They also had a very difficult basement staircase to navigate through.
