    Kitchen appliances

    Great selection. Very helpful salesman who didn't try to sell us the most expensive appliances but understood our needs and led us to the right path. We needed to wait for months to finish the renos and their communication was very prompt and up to date as far as the availability of the appliances closer to the delivery date. The delivery guys were awesome and even told me the best place for curry goat in the city!

    Appliances delivered

    It was easy to order what I needed and it was delivered on the day I requested. Good communication of when delivery would happen. Very pleasant delivery person. Important information: CAS’s installation service assumes you will have removed the old appliance (dryer). Pay extra from their installation contractors if you need the whole job done. They could not “white glove” install our stacked Bosch dryer. Great delivery though.

    Good customer service but worst delivery experience

    Bought refrigerator from CAS. Sales team gave us good deal and fridge was scheduled to be delivered earlier than our expectations. However, their third party delivery company, LTI logistics employs by far the worst people to deliver. From the start one of the guy (in his 30s) kept screaming the fridge was too big and heavy. And all of a sudden even left the fridge in the middle of our front yard when we were trying to clear the way for them to bring the fridge in. The delivery guy was too rude and shouldnt be delivering appliances if appliances delivery were too heavy for him. Very bad delivery service but good customer service at store.

    Dishonest Sales Practices

    Ordered appliance online. Site indicated that item was in stock and available for delivery. During purchase process, it even provided a number of delivery dates that were available the earliest being two days out. Immediately after purchasing, the item stated to be on backorder with manufacturer and no estimated date was known except for possible by 2021. A call to customer care line goes elsewhere. As soon as they hear it's an online order to are put to a recorded message and given an email address to deal with, which then provides an auto-reply with essentially no information. This company is fraudulent. Go elsewhere and save yourself the aggravation.

    Appliance purchase

    This is my second purchase at CAS. The sales staff are professional and welcoming. They have a wide range of products for me to choose and compare. The price is competitive.

    Remove old stove

    Delivery men were just great delivery was on time and they sent me 2 notifications on my phone that they were just 10 min away from my house polite and helpful

    Washing Machine Replacement

    Tom at CAS (Scarborough) was very knowledgable about this product. Be careful, some washers need to be plugged into a matching dryer. If you are only replacing one machine check the specs carefully. Tom helped me avoid this common mistake and pick the right machine. Delivery was prompt, punctual, and professional. I will be a repeat customer!

    Efficient and friendly

    Nice guys, polite and helpful. They put my fridge exactly where I needed it to be. They also took our my old fridge out for me. I need 30 words or more.

    Replacement appliances

    My oven had failed and my fridge had issues. The appliances really needed to be replaced but I was unfamiliar with current appliances and we were in the midst of a pandemic. I had tried to decide with online options, but I needed to visit a store. CAS offered a range of brands and options. Their protocols were very good. Nick Bentsen, who helped us, was knowledgeable, patient and respectful of our wishes. We are happy with our decision. And appreciative of the assistance. The delivery persons were careful and kind. Thank you!

    Brand new gas range

    Steve at Canadian Appliance was extremely helpful with the purchase of my oven. He was knowledgeable. Steve was able to work out a fantastic price. In fact he beat Best Buys price. He also arranged for quick delivery. Additionally he was able to provide us with a gas technician to come to our house foe both installation and removal of our old appliance. I would absolutely recommend Steve at Canadian Appliance.
