    Purchase of new range.

    From beginning to end, I got excellent service with informed people in their business. I love the new range and the price was the best I found after shopping around.

    Kitchen Appliances

    I did not realize until too late that the deposit is only to hold the price - it does not guarantee that they will be able to deliver you the product. They took my "deposit" 8 months ago, have financially penalized me for changes I have made to the order, and when I go to book the delivery they tell me that they are out of stock and are not expecting to be back in stock for another 4 months!!!! We built our kitchen around these appliances. They also refuse to refund our deposit so we can't purchase from somewhere else. And they don't have any other fridges that will fit. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM AT ALL.

    washer and dryer

    I purchased my new washer and dryer over the phone after talking to Nick. He was very helpful and gave me an excellent delivery date. The gentlemen who delivered the appliances were very friendly, efficient and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend your store to my fiends and family. Thank you.

    New Washer

    4th product we have purchased and the process is so easy with CAS. Any warranty work is also so reliable. From sales, to competitive pricing to on time delivery. ALL FIVE STAR!

    Excellent customer service, excellent delivery team

    The buying experience was very pleasant without pressure and Steve was very knowlegable and supportive in understanding and meeting my needs. As for the delivery, was in time with delivery team following all proper procedures and taking care of product and the interior walls, they helped me do what was needed if not more, very proffessional, polite and friendly

    New fridge

    We bought the fridge with no problem the sales person was excellent he delivered the fridge exactly when he said it would come they put it in the house and it’s all set up excellent work

    Bar fridge

    My bar fridge crapped out and it was a bit difficult to even find a store that had good ones in stock. Found CAS online, did most of my research there and went into the store when ready. Tom was very helpful at the Lebovic location, will definitely return to him when/if I need new appliances! Delivery was great, could track the driver all morning right to my house.

    Kitchen renovation

    I bought 4 appliances at CAS. All are working well. I had to wait some time for 2 of them but this gave us time to finish the Reno. We had a good price for them. The delivery of the most heavier one ( fridge and stove) was well done and fast, the guys were very careful. Salesman Dave was very nice and courteous.

    Purchased Washer

    Very Friendly, efficient and quick Service. Very knowledgeable of their products. Purchased a fridge last year and went back for my washer due to the great service and had both items in stock so I could receive it quickly. Delivered in 2 days.

    Washer dryer

    Everything went well except the salesperson asked me to purchase the hoses on my own but they brought and charged for them as well only to find out that the combo included them so I’m stuck with 2 spare hoses.
