Delivery guys did damage to our doorway and then concealed the damage. We discovered the damage about 10 minutes after the delivery team left and reported it immediately. They have damaged the vapor seal on a $1,200 door which means our home has now lost energy efficiency and we are going to have to replace the entire sliding glass door. They immediately rejected the claim for damages.

I purchased a Fridge recently. I was given great options, good advice and quick delivery (24 hours). Totally pleased!

The initial experience on Black Friday was great, we had a great deal on a pair LG Washer and Dryer. However, 7 weeks later we clued in that there maybe a stocking issue and we ended up spending extra for a different model when this happened. I am happy with the products and people, but I would ask CAS to be more upfront about the potential of a stocking issue as it became a major problem once pur existing washer broke and we waited 7 weeks unnecessarily.

We had a very nice experience with Mike. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through the features of our dishwasher. He did not try to oversell and the process was very smooth. Unfortunately there were issues with the delivery and we had to call customer service. We spoke with several agents who were very rude and unaccommodating. We spoke to Mike again and he resolved the issues.

I researched the type of dishwasher I wanted prior to going to CAS The salesperson was pleasant and courteous He didnt try and sell me something more expensive and my transaction was quick and efficient

Professional, friendly service. The guys delivered the washer to a 3rd floor unit in an old Victorian house with narrow halls. No complaints, no frustration. Just get it done attitude. Excellent service.

Needed a all black microwave immediately. Old one died just before holiday break, They were the only ones that had instock for a resonable price. Deliverd within 2 days or I could pick up at there warehouse next day.

CAS were wonderful from the gentleman I purchased my washing machine from to the two awesome gentlemen who delivered and installed it quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend CAS ( Canadian Appliance Store) and their staff.

On Boxing Day we stopped at CAS and we didnt have to wait for long, the service was fast and efficient, we knew they had got stock for the item we were buying. The set up for delivery was very good, we received our new D/W on time, the guy where polite and friendly, the hole experience was very pleasant. Thanks for the services.
