    Frigidaire

    I have received the fridge , the drivers denied the rest of the work order from setting up the fridge to connecting it to the water supply, I had to do that myself including buying a new connection

    Washer and Dryer installation

    Joe and his team did an excellent job in uninstalling the old washer/dryer and installed the new ones in. The job is quick and clean. Will recommend!

    BOSCH fridge

    My current Bosh fridge lasted 15 years and stopped work. I had to find a replacement to fit the cutouts and same brand. Contacted many companies and couldnt find my specifications. Finally came across the company and contacted sales person whom was extremely helpful and got us what we needed. Ordered on Thursday and delivered professionally on Saturday morning. Very professional and knowledgeable team including sales.

    Trying to exchange a dishwasher purchased, exorbitant re-stocking fee

    35% re-stocking fee for return of a dishwasher that did not fit. Purchased another one from them, reduced the fee to 15% plus another fee which I paid to get my dishwasher delivered. Upon removal of the old one and delivery of the new one that fit, another fee was added on. I have not paid this fee. Process took over 1 month as you cant talk to anyone. You have to deal with the returns department and the Customer Service departments. Phone calls are useless as they keep repeating the same thing. For the return I had to take a picture of the box, then a picture of the labels on the box, then I had to open the dishwasher and take a picture of the serial numbers inside the door. Process was exhausting and expensive. On a plus side they gave me the discount that whirlpool was offering on appliance. Frustrating and an experience I never want to go through again. The sales man I dealt with never returned my calls or e-mail's. When I did get a hold of him, nothing I can do, you have to deal with the returns department or customer service. He does continually send canned e-mails' on promotion's etc.

    Brand New Dishwasher Doesn't Work

    I purchased a dishwasher from Canadian Appliance Source in Newmarket on January 4, 2025, it was delivered on January 6 and installed on January 7. It has never worked. I tried calling the salesman but he's suddenly "on leave." So I tried calling their customer service department. After waiting on the line for a half hour, I finally reached someone who insisted I send an email with the error code, even though I quoted it to her on the phone. She said she'd call me back but I've had no return call and emails to her go unanswered. The "online chat" just goes into a black hole. I ended up having to call the manufacturer and invoke the warranty.
