    Maytag Oven

    Very professional, arrived on time easy to order. I like the oven and it seems like it is a very good product and I look forward to cooking very soon!

    Freezer Purchase

    Purchased a chest freezer. Easy purchasing process, great delivery team -- they were on-time, respectful of the house, had the appliance ready-to-go. Highly recommended, and I would order from them again.

    Washer & Dryer

    Excellent experience ordering by phone. The sales rep was helpful, knowledgable and courteous. Our washer was completely broken so the delivery date was important. Although estimated to be 7-10 days, it arrived in only 3 days. (Other companies suggested a 10 week wait!). Delivery this morning was exactly on time, as scheduled, and was quick and efficient. They wore masks due to covid risk which was appreciated. I am very impressed with this company and would definitely buy from them again.

    A very happy customer!

    Dealing with Canadian Appliance Source was an absolute dream. From meeting with the Sales rep who worked with me on picking the right appliances for my new build, to being available whenever I had a question afterwards, Rob was fantastic. Due to COVID, I had to push out the delivery of my appliances for 3 months as my kitchen install was extremely delayed. I received emails from Canadian Appliance Source every few weeks with a simple form to click on with my new estimated date for delivery. I appreciated that as it gave me the confidence that they were holding my inventory for when I was ready. I finally took my appliances yesterday, and the three-man team that came were professional and careful with my appliances. Going through a narrow door, up stairs, heavy appliances, they did great. They also took pictures of product once delivered, as did I, to make sure that there were no issues that would arise later. Overall, I would definitely recommend this company for all appliance needs. One of the only companies I have dealt with during my new build throughout COVID that brought their A-game. Thank you...

    Range

    It was an easy purchase and not my first. Manager was knowledgeable and helpful. Made an appointment, met with Manager, discussed specific needs and specs, all done I would recommend Canadian Appliance

    Monogram fridge

    Great selection on appliances, but we were mainly looking at the Monogram brand. The phone service with Ravi of North York store was very helpful in selecting our fridge. Ravi took his time in answering all our questions. Delivery was free and prices not too bad. We're happy with our brand new french door fridge.

    Replace old fridge

    I ordered a fridge,CSA informed me that the fridge I wanted wouldn’t be available until early October, which it was. They called me to inform me that fridge was at warehouse and could be delivered in 2 days. They texted me with a tracking. All worked well and delivery guys were great.

    Appliance purchase and delivery

    We bought the laundry centre online and the customer service to purchase was excellent. Their online app kept us informed of the delivery time and the two guys who delivered, installed and removed the old unit from a VERY complicated space were off the chart good!

    Excellent Customer Service

    Went shopping for a fridge during COVID - one of the only places who actually had product to sell. Sales process was quick and delivery was smooth and efficient. Delivery personnel were polite and maintained COVID protocols.
