    New Fridge

    Great selection and great service. The delivery service was amazing. The two men who delivered were respectful of our home and did a very thorough job making sure we were happy. Will definitely shop at Canadian Appliance Store again.

    Fridge cook top bar fridge microwave

    Amazing..........service, price, delivery ! Would recommend, would buy again myself. Just an amazing store from start to finish !!! Can't say enough good . Hard to find someone from sales to delivery with such great prices and amazing delivery channel.

    Kitchen Renovations

    Shopped at many different appliance retailers and Tim at the Heartland location is excellent. He always works at getting you the lowest price, explains the delivery process and if an item is not available tries to get you something that you will be satisfied with. Delivery process was very efficient and the gentlemen were polite and respectful

    refrigerator

    Looking for a refrigerator w/o freezer as a secondary appliance. was able to source it at CAS and it was delivered as promised. Knowledgeable sales service from Nick. Good delivery service and removal or the old fridge.

    Fridge

    This store was awesome they gave me a good price the delivery when they said they would and they were perfect . They took away my old fridge . Nice friendly people from sales to delivery .

    Great service and best prices

    I bought all my appliances for my Renovation and Muzamel was very helpful with recommending best products for me and I was very happy with the prices! They also accommodated the delivery to my needs. Will definitely buy all future appliances here.

    WORST SERVICE!!!

    PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. WORST SERVICE!!! Once the sale is done, basically the customer service will not entertain you. I bought appliances worth of 10K (refrigerator, gas stove, electric stove, exhaust hood, washer and drier). I paid for the stacking kit and the services to install. After installation, when I started using the drier, it was making a noise that was coming from the stacking kit due to faulty installation. On calling them, they said we spoke to the installation dept and they said it can't be a installation problem so check with the manufacturer. On calling the manufacturer, they said if its not the appliance's problem we can't service this issue. This happened a couple of times and now the CAS says, since the installation date is more than 3 months, we can't do anything as this is out of warranty from us.

    Dual fuel stove

    Experience at store was 5*. Product was 5* as well. Delivery only 3*: they arrived on time and were organized, but entered my home without a mask on. That's a no-no. The installer deserves a 5* rating as well.

    Dishwasher

    Great web site. Knowledgeable telephone sales staff. Easy payment over the phone. Quick delivery within a week. Very satisfied with my purchase. I would shop here again for an appliance.

    LG Refrigerator

    Excellent service from Canadian Appliances. From purchase to delivery, removal of the old fridge and the installation of the new one the process was flawless, efficient and very friendly. It was the only company which would deliver in one day in this time of pandemic.
