    Quick delivery, in stock dryer at a good price

    My dryer broke on a Friday night. It powered 9n but nobody home lol. I shopped online Saturday, called the store for some advice and arranged delivery for Tuesday. Delivery called to say they may be late due to previous deliveries but arrived on time at the end of the window provided. Took my old dryer, set up the new one, whole process took less than half an hour. All the packaging gone. Other online stores had deliver 1 or 2 months away.

    You want to be happy then buy hear! Wow

    Customer service is great, I am very happy. It's the first time I buy this kind of stuff online and I will always buy from them. They delivered in two days, took my machine away. The washer is more than I expected. Thank you The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and kind. Love my experience.

    Best ever Technical support I've ever had

    Best ever technical Advisor and support I've ever had - VINAY (Vini) KENTH. Deep knowledge, clear vision, respect and help. Pretty rare these days. Would definitely recommend. The only Company issue - delivery charge is TOO high if order NOT from Internet and Extended warranty is twice more expensive to compare with other Stores, including Costco (for items less than #300.00. Should be definitely reviewed and improved !

    Looking for an induction Frigidaire stove

    They have the same price as everyone else. The sales are final and no returns accepted. The delivery is extra. The miserly 5% discount they offered barely covers it. Being asked for the price match they suggested to go to the other store. The extra year warranty turned out to be the one offered by certains credit cards if you happened to have one. Lots of misleading information on their aggressively popping up website. It was a total waste of time going there. To be avoided IMHO.

    Laundry appliance

    From product inquiry to delivery the service was friendly, intelligent and efficient. When my 19 year-old washer/dryer combo unit packed it in, I scrambled to find a suitable replacement. The CAS website, which I clicked on from google search, provided the information I was looking for. I called the toll-free number and was connected to the nearest CAS location. By the end of the afternoon, I'd visited the showroom and chosen the replacement. One week later, it is sitting in its new home!

    GE refrigerator

    Very few fridges in stock. Most companies showed 4-6 week delivery. Canadian Appliance salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. Automated follow up on expected delivery timeframe. Fridge actually arrive a week or so before I expected it. Delivery was efficient. Home set up was adequate.

    Excellent product, best prices, and very good reliable service.

    I deal with Canadian Appliance Source on a regular basis since I’m an investor and developer in the City Of Hamilton. I buy a lot of their products for my rental properties and renovated homes. Are used to shop a lot at scratch and dent and warehouse is selling new product but it’s just not worth saving the 10% extra that I pay Canadian Appliance Source. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to any friends and family looking for a great deal on appliances in the Toronto area and specifically Hamilton. I deal directly with Wenli in the Stoney Creek location she’s absolutely fantastic.

    Whirlpool fridge

    Excellent customer service from start to finish . The company followed through on their promises and delivered when they said they would. This company cares about the client customer details .

    Washing machine

    I received new washer as part of the hydro one affordability program, the office people were all efficient and friendly, delivery was set up and followed through with very quickly.

    Kitchen range

    Delivery was carefully done. Only problem is that they left a bar that I only found out later was to be attached to the back of the stove. I now need to ask someone to set this up for me.
