    Frigidaire gallery Gas range with air fryer and caloric range hood

    Amazing experience and good discounts. Competitive price. The delivery was on time and the delivery men were so careful and well mannered. I will Definitely recommend their service.... About the product , not yet installed but will be good I believe.

    purchase of gas range

    Helpful salesperson, constant updates via email and web, delivery crew professional, careful and efficient. Vendeur et livreurs parlaient français. Livreurs ont eu le souci de déposer le poêle au bon endroit.

    Kitchen appliances

    Canadian Appliance Source is the go to place for one's appliance needs. Their sales team (esp. Ahmed S) was really helpful and provided useful guidance all the way. Also, their services are excellent.

    Bought appliances for my new home.

    Bought my kitchen appliances from CAS in July 2020.All appliances delivered except Fridge.Had to wait 3 months for fridge ordered as it was in back order.Didnt get the chosen fridge model I purchased.Had to settle for another model which didnt compliment range bought.very disappointed CAS do not give loaners while waiting for delivery of ordered appliance which was delayed. Lessons learnt - if you are purchasing appliances ask the store if they give loaners before purchasing anything.Covid -19 messed up my delivery options for sure.otherwise pleased with CAS.would not use them again.

    New fridge - doesn't work - no support from company

    Bought a new fridge, assuming that going to a local Toronto company would give me better service than just buying the same model at the lowest price on the Internet.... I was wrong. The freezer still doesn't work properly - the door frame has ice build up every day. The manufacturer has come once and can't fix it. The manual provided was not for the specific model we got so also there are programming things that we cannot use. The Salesperson knew what our lifestyle situation was and didn't provide us the right fridge in the first place (my fault as much as the salesperson's). When I tried to engage CAS's service department I learned quickly that "Service" simply means that they will service the ordering and delivery. Any post delivery questions they tell me to call the manufacturer. I wanted to return the product and upgrade to something better but they refused that also because the delivery guys had taken the box away and I had plugged the fridge into the wall meaning that now they consider it used. I had our salesperson speak with the manager and I was told that my options were to live with it or try and sell it on Kijiji. I'll never buy again from CAS and instead will just buy the product I want at the lowest price online. Buyer beware. CAS Service only means they manage the sale and delivery, which is simply order management, not service.

    Purchase has range and hood extractor

    Been saving for new stove and range and remodel our kitchen for a few years now and finally I was able to come up with enough money for this project to be realised. Thanks to Canadian Appliances Source for the reasonable prices

    Waited for 2 and 1/2 months, still no range hood

    I ordered and paid for a range hood back in mid June. Sales staff promised me that it would be ready for pick up by Aug 28th. The time came and gone. I called their showroom, no help, said that they don't deal with online sales. Emailed the original sales rep, only got one line response that it is still 'in progress'. Tried their on line chat services, same deal. No response. I would never buy anything from this company again!

    Buying some new kitchen appliances

    We went to CAS store on a weekend. Here's the first good thing about them. They're open on weekend, but make sure to check the working hours before you hit the road. The saleslady was very helpful and we made our purchase in less than half an hour. The delivery was after three days, and we were happy with the delivery and the quality of the service of the logistics contractor.

    kitchen renovation

    The showroom is very attractive and floor samples have many product to choose from. Tim our sale person\'manager gave us his undivided attention and help us a lot. The appliances was delivered on time.

    Delivered

    Tom was Fantastic. Was not pushy but showed us all of our options. Made buying a new fridge enjoyable. New fridge in, old fridge out. No muss, no fuss. Fast and careful delivery. Highly recommended.
