    Large Selection, Knowledgeable Staff and Great Customer Service

    We were looking for a new range, so we dropped in. The sales person made sure every question that we had was answered.--and we had a lot for reasons I won't go into. The pricing was extremely competitive. The delivery was at the scheduled time and the two gentlemen were very careful and courteous. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

    Washer and dryer purchase

    Purchased an LG washer and dryer pair at Canadian Appliance Source, and am extremely pleased. The salesperson Rahul was very helpful in helping us compare the different makes and models, and the prices are very good. The delivery was right as scheduled, and the delivery men were quick and efficient in installing the appliances. Everything went perfectly; what more can you ask for?

    Stove replacement

    After my over 10 year old stove blew up a friend recommended this company to me after her recent purchase and excellent experience. Once I ordered from a large variety to choose from, it took only 4 days for my new stove to be delivered. The client services people were extremely helpful and accommodating and the delivery men easily brought the stove inside, removed the old and positioned the new right in place. No bulky boxes to deal with!

    Appliance purchase and delivery

    Needed appliances quickly at a reasonable price - got good fast service as advertised . Had a lot of options at the store and were checked to make sure products were in stock . Delivery was smooth at the quoted time and delivery guys were careful .

    Dual fuel range

    Knowledgeable staff. Prices are comparable to other retailers. I would return for another purchase. I had to visit another location to actually View the product. The range took eight weeks to arrive which was the only downfall. And that of course is not the fault of the retailer. When the rain did arrive at the warehouse, I was notified and Arrangements were immediately made to have it delivered.

    Freezer replacement

    Completed the sale over the phone. I was on the website as the sales,person went over the freezers available in the size required. Suggested the Danby as it could be delivered quickly as I had previously explained the present freezer had quit. Was delivered as promised...and on early half of the four hour window. Two fellows making the delivery were pleasant placing the unit where I required it. Totally pleasant experience

    Happy with the overall service

    We went to the actual store at 65 Dufflaw Rd. We were greated and were helped by Yarkin which was very nice and polite. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us what was available and made the purchase of a Stainless steel Danby fridge. That was on a Saturday and we got it on the Tuesday since Monday was Civic Holiday. Very fast delivery and we are very happy overall.

    BOSCH DISHWASHER

    Product was easy to order online. Delivery date was given at time of order. Goods came as promised. Happy to have old unit removed at no charge. Will definitely consider ordering our next product through Canadian Appliance.

    new washing machine

    From sales to delivery, the service was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I appreciated the salesman's advice and the short time between purchase and delivery. The delivery was well-organized and on time.
