    fridge purchase

    decided to buy a fridge payed on line but they only take a 25% as deposit ,before delivery which would take forever my wife decided to cancel and once you do the deposit even with no full payment you cannot cancel it without loosing the 25% deposit , how crazy is that , you don't have the product that hasn't been delivered yet or pay in full and you cannot cancel it !!,stay away from this guys big rip off.

All cancelled orders may be subject to a 25% non-refundable deposit even if they are not yet delivered or picked up. No Buyer's Remorse period to cancel an order.     Washer dryer

    Very happy with professional service from sales through to delivery and installation! Sales was honest about ETA due to Covid-related delays, provided alternate options; delivery was on time, extremely careful, and courteous. Thank you!

    LG washer and dryer

    We had a very positive experience dealing with CAS. The prices were very competitive and the customer service was great. We were quite worried about the machines not fitting into our home upon delivery. The two men that delivered managed to take off the door and move the machines in with ease. They were professional and incredibly efficient.

    Kitchen Renovation

    This year, I decided to go through with a while kitchen renovation. We decided to redo everything, from the flooring to the ceiling. Naturally, we required new appliances, so we bought them from CSA.

    Stove

    Initially, there was a mix up with the order. But management was very responsive, immediately corrected the problem, and every thing done professionally. The delivery was fast efficient and clean, with Masks On!

    New fridge purchase experience

    As a customer of Canadian Appliance, I was delighted with the whole experience of buying a new fridge. From the visit to the showroom, to getting a good deal to the delivery process, it was just flawless. Highly recommended store.

    Kitchen appliances

    I purchased a new black stainless steel refrigerator from CAS after having had the worst experience with a previous purchase from Rona. The difference in customer service , efficiency, product knowledge and staff . Was night and day. I intend to purchase the remaining items I need with them.

    Replacement fridge

    The moving company damaged my original fridge. This is how I came to find CAS. They made contact and set up a delivery time, were excellent when I had to reschedule on short notice. On delivery day the crew were fast, efficient and very professional. They measured the doorways and took their time to ensure nothing could get damaged! Two huge thumbs up.

    Bosch Appliances

    We had a full renovation at our home and wanted to upgrade all appliances. We visited Roger at the CAS Brampton store, who was an amazing help and great guy to deal with. We decided to purchase Bosch Products after extensive reviews and previous customer ratings. Appliances arrived and we've been in love with them. They look great and work amazing. I highly recommend you visit Roger at the CAS Brampton location.

    Even we did not purchase much. Their Excellent service. Care. Professional. Knowledgeable. Efficient. Willingness and polite that i ever have experienced from a crew team from sales to delivery in last 20 years.
