    Excellent prices, products and service

    Salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful while I was selecting a new dishwasher. Made helpful recommendations and respected my budget. Worked with me on price and product was delivered within 5 days. A great experience all around.

    Kitchen appliances

    A little hard to get in touch with someone when I needed to change address to match credit card address. But all got sorted out. Just would have been nice not to be put on hold for 15 minutes, then machine told me the service desk was not available

    Kitchen renovation

    We renovated our kitchen this years , we saw your products on line , we went to the store Canadian Appliance Source in Ottawa for a peak...The delivery guys were carefull and very kind....Thank you

    Fridge

    CAS was helpful in guiding us with the purchase of our new fridge. We could not get the exact match but we’re able to find something at the reasonable price. We did have to wait a few weeks due to COVID-19 for delivery, which is understandable during the time we are in.

    Great experience

    I had a great experience with CAS buying new washer and dryer to replace thirty-year-old machines. Staff at the store was informative, helpful, and competent, answering many questions frankly. Post purchase communication was good and accurate in that they called concerning delivery etc exactly when they said they would. Delivery service was excellent, having to maneuver machines into awkward, tight fitting spot.

    New washing machine

    Delivered on time and salesman Adam was thorough and helpful! I would easily recommend them for your appliance requirements. Delivery people were very courteous and did a very quick hookup and removal of the old machine.

    Friendly and efficient service

    The staff at the store and the sales person were helpful in my selection of product and in this particular case the gentleman on the phone in Winnipeg, Jack, placed my order and the president of the fridge company made sure I got it in good time. The delivery was free in the two gentlemen who brought up my fridge to my condo or polite, friendly and efficient despite their long day and heavy traffic

    GE Fridge 5 stars delivery

    Great team of guys. Got here on time. Knew what they were doing and had tools remove the front door for moving the fridge inside. Managed everything, quick, efficient, worry less. No scratches. Signed and ready to go.

    Courteous CAS salesperson plus friendly and efficient delivery of kitchen appliances. Lots of communication from purchase to post delivery. We're happy and impressed with CAS and would purchase from them in the future.

    Sales and services

    From first contact to some rearranging, smart suggestions, a needed quick delivery of a product that I can only describe as definitely beyond my expectations, well I have to say perfect, and again perfect.
