    Product

    No story. Purchased item, good sales service. Delivery on time and professional. No further comments at this time. Next few purchases would be done here to complete my kitchen Reno. I am struggling to get to thirty words. My story is always brief.

    Company delivered dented freezer/will not rectify

    The absolute worst company I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Ordered the Fridgidaire upright freezer online through their site. Waited 7 weeks for delivery (Paid $79.95 for white glove delivery) . When the freezer arrived they didn't even unbox the product for me, had to do it myself. When I removed the freezer from the box I noticed a sharp indent in the front door of the unit. Called customer care immediately and asked to have it replaced. The rep assured me it was better to allow them to request the door be replaced and that it could be done within a couple of weeks. Well, on day 32 of waiting I get an email from Fridgidaire (NOT CANADIAN APPLIANCE SOURCE) letting me know they do not do door replacements for that unit and instead offered me a $50 appliance credit!! I of course foolishly called Canadian Appliance Source customer service regarding this offer and told them this was unacceptable. I had ordered a NEW freezer to be in NEW condition and customer care told me their was nothing they can do. I am now the unproud owner of a dented upright Fridgidaire unit that I paid full price for. I'm disgusted that this company can get away with delivery dented products to customers and leave them stranded. All I wanted was a freezer in NEW condition since that's what I paid for!!! I will never do business with this company ever again and I will make sure to tell everyone I know. TERRIBLE COMPANY - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - WILL SCREW YOU OVER ROYALLY !!

    CAS offers a clean pleasant no pressure atmosphere for customers to shop. Bought refrigerator due to emergency ours died unexpectedly. Good sales rep and delivery team was friendly, professional, careful and fast. Will go back.

    Refrigerator delivery

    2 professional, pleasant & efficient young delivery men ( Chris & Junior) delivered the new & removed the old. At first I was a little put off by the 12 hour delivery window on the first notification but that was followed up with a 4 hour window the day before delivery. The morning of we received notification within 1 hour and then another that the truck would be here within 10 minutes. I appreciated the clear communication.

    New appliances

    Bought a new fridge and dishwasher from CAS, they were delivered quite quickly and we are completely satisfied with the customer service we received. Dealing with CAS was easy, and they met my needs completely!

    Laundry appliances

    Amazing service from Steve Lederer from start to finish! Was promised a delivery date from another company then they delayed my order for another 3 weeks! I called CAS and Steve came through!!! appliances delivered within a week!!!

    washer and dryer

    great selection of products and excellent service in store. Knowledgeable and really competitive prices. Delivery guys were excellent too. Fast and knew what they were doing. Gave me the heads up about the shipping bolts which I appreciated.

    New Fridge

    Great experience, from choosing the right refridgerator for our unique sized space to the smooth delivery. Even when we had a small problem, customer service assisted us quickly and to our satisfaction.

    Kitchen Appliances

    Sales are very professional and the real time delivery tracking is very good. I don't have to wait for the whole day for the delivery. One comment on the gas stove is the switches for gas stove are very hot when the oven is on for baking.

    Difficult delivery

    It took over an hour to get the new fridge into the house and the old one out. The delivery guys had to remove all the doors and even the hinges on the fridge, disconnect and remove our front porch light and take off the front door but they managed to do that and get things put back together
