Please note all cancellations are handled on a case by case basis and customers are not automatically charged a 25% fee. We do try as best as possible to offer price matching but in rare cases, we are not able to do so. Based on your account, you picked up the dishwasher on July 10th so I presume this is an indication that your concerns were addressed.
