    Range purchase and delivery

    From store folks, online folks and delivery folks, all very helpful and knowledgeable. Only wish there was a bit more help with installing the stove. We purchased a pretty heavy one and reaching the feet to level it is proving to be difficult! I would suggest offering just a bit more help in that department when it comes to the delivery of large appliances. Other than that, 5 stars! We also had a fridge delivered at another location, the delivery folks were kind enough to move our old fridge to the garage and bring in a second-hand stove for us that we were trying to move. They were so quick compared to how long it would have taken us to do. Great all round.

    Deep freezer delivery

    These people really pay attention they took time to understand our needs. Recommended an ideal product and had it delivered within the time frame suggested. The delivery men came early in the morning and my children did not hear a peep. They were very thorough! Thank you!!!

    Chest freezer

    Quick and painless..delivery gentlemen were superb...this whole experience was sheer delight especially in little of a catastrophe with a large box store furniture place. Many thanks from the qualified and gracious sales people to the delivery team....

    Appliance Delivery

    The guys that came today are the best I have ever had for deliveries. They were courteous, well spoken, extremely careful of walls and doors and were very quick to put the things back together once in.

    Avoid purchasing from Canadian Appliance

    Extremely disappointed in the customer service of Canadian Appliance. Ordered Fridge and paid for delivery. Upon arrival the delivery person, said they don’t put the door handles on, and told to plug it in and check that it works. Which we did. They then asked to sign off on delivery and left. After removing the packaging on the fridge and went to install the door handles, we found that the holes on the door are not aligned. Called Canadian Appliance and we are immediately told that can’t return it as it was plugged in so it is now a used fridge, and it is now a repair issue and to call GE for service. We were not told that the delivery drivers would not install fridge when we paid for the delivery, and then no warning on returning a broken item. We had to wait a week to get it serviced, which was well done by GE. On the Canadian Appliance website, they stipulate that compensation is given for damaged goods, yet this was refused. We got a scratch and dent fridge for full price. The salesperson, Joanne’s lack of communication was the worst part as she fibbed to avoid responsibility and avoided explaining their terms and conditions at time of purchase. For any person buying from Canadian Appliance avoid signing and hold the delivery drivers until the fridge is fully assembles and no issues are found. If any problems, refuse delivery as you will not get any customer satisfaction from Canadian Appliance.

    Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that your recent experience with us was less than satisfactory. All our applainces are sold in sealed packaging from the manufacturer so we have no knowledge of damages beforehand. A damage discount is offered if the customer decides to keep the unit in it's current state but not if the issue is corrected. I am pleased to hear that this was addressed by the manufacturer. The customer can refuse a damaged item and request a replacement at any time during the delivery. We also allow upto 48 hours for damages to be reported if not noticed during delivery. I will communicate your feedback as it relates to the after sales support to the management team. This will allow us to make any necesarry adjustments as it relates our procedures.

    I bought My refrigerator only 4 years, this is the second time broke down, no one would believed a new refrigerator has problems two times in 4 years, the company name is Samsung, I told this story to all my friends.When the second event happened, it was over my endurance, even though the refrigerator only 4 years old, I don't want waste my moneyto fix it again, I decided to buy a new one base on the long term consideration, and Canadian appliance came in to my mine right away, so we went to the shop recommended by the salesman and bought the refrigerator, the salesman and delivery service was good.

    New kitchen appliances

    The sales team was thorough... helped a lot and followed up on time to check everything.. the delivery was good as well. We have small doors but the delivery guys took care while delivering to avoid any scratches... overall satisfied

    Product

    Purchased new appliances. Excellent service and fast delivery. Delivery men were the quickest and most professional I have seen. Very satisfied with the service and would recommend in the future.

    Purchase of GE washing machine

    I recently purchased a new washer from Canadian Appliance Source on-line. Ray was extremely polite and helpful. They delivered the washer within the time frame discussed. Apart from the technicians not wearing masks when entering the house, the installation was completed efficiently. I recommend Canadian Appliance Source.

    New Gas Range

    We needed a new stove and visited the store and the salesman Anil was terrific. He advised all our options suggested the ones in our price range. We thought toook around for our options and just liked him do much we bought the stove and warranty and had it delivered.
