    Great Selection in store

    Great Selection in store makes it easy to see and choose the right appliances. Way better than shopping online for appliances in my opinion. I would go there definitely, especially that they have a coffee machine :)

    Kitchen renovation

    I found a fridge I loved at Lowes but when I went to purchase it I was told it wasn't being sold anymore so I decided to search elsewhere and found it at Canadian Appliance Source for $200 cheaper. Canadian Appliance Source put a great deal together for me for a fridge and dishwasher. They also tolerated 3 delivery changes due to my renovation delays. The reason I couldn't give 5 stars is because their return and exchange policy is complicated. Delivery company was awesome and the gentlemen who delivered were wonderful!!!

    Freezer

    Very happy with service. Buy stove and two freezer now. Very good service in store and delivery. Fast service on delivery. Order Sunday and got it on Wednesday. Have a great day.

    Great products great service

    Great products my second purchase sales knowledgeable and delivery fast on time, pleasant to interact with. Would recommend and hope to shop again at either Mississauga or Oakville location thanks.

    Kitchen reno

    Professional, on time, called and text with updated delivery status . Very careful and accommodating when unloading Four appliances. Highly recommended And would not hesitate to use this company again!

    Fridge

    Great service, respectful of our needs, and didn’t push toward something else that we didn’t want. The sales person took time to measure, re-measure, and check the specs to make sure the fridge would fit. Delivery people were also mindful and wore a mask (Covid times).

    Danby 5.5 Freezer

    Fridge

    Ordered a fridge after ours finally died. They were helpful on the phone, helped me pick one that could come quickly, and took away the old, dead fridge. Excited to have ice and cold drinks again! UPDATE: since ordering this, have also had to get a new dishwasher. Was a seamless and easy experience (the complete opposite of ordering with Home Depot!). Will be ordering all our applicants from CAS. Very reliable. Their delivery tracking is informative and useful and their staff are helpful & friendly.

    Whirlpool fridge

    Amazing service from both sales and delivery. Will order again for sure. Nick Brady was my agent. Perfect sales perfect delivery. Will keep in mind for the future purchases. !!!

    New Purchases

    In Feb 2020, we replaced our kitchen and laundry appliances (7 pcs). In the case of the range hood, we received the wrong one and as of July 4, have not yet had it replaced. Emails and phone calls, when answered, simply say "will look into it tomorrow and let you know". Never did get an answer and we still have no range hood. They have no on-line Customer Service to call. Will never shop there again. Our next stop is the Better Business Bureau and the Provincial Ombudsman.
