The specifications for all appliances on your order are sent 24 hours after your purchase so this can be reviewed for accuracy. I'm not able to view your order so I am unable to review the specifics of your case as it relates to why the replacement was not sold. However, with the current pandemic, most fridges are delayed until late August so this could be the reason behind it. We do value your feedback as this helps us to make any necessary adjustments to our processes.
