    terrible sales

    Ordered a fridge from them and asked if it was counterdepth to which was confirmed. Then on delivery day, I noticed that the model number was different. I called the sales rep and He apologized but said that he wouldn’t be able to match the price. Instead he said it was more money. Probably because they already had my money. So as frustrating as this was, I said fine just order it as I will pay the difference. I was then shocked when he said that he would rather refund my order than sell me one that they don’t have in stock. Talk about poor service. I even told the rep that we also needed a new dishwasher and hood fan. I then had to go to another big box store and buy the Fridge there (Which they had great service). I have never had a sales rep not want to do their job and SELL me their product. Unbelievable! I don’t see any reason why I would ever shop there again.

The specifications for all appliances on your order are sent 24 hours after your purchase so this can be reviewed for accuracy. I'm not able to view your order so I am unable to review the specifics of your case as it relates to why the replacement was not sold. However, with the current pandemic, most fridges are delayed until late August so this could be the reason behind it. We do value your feedback as this helps us to make any necessary adjustments to our processes.

    Appliences order and delivery

    I ordered all my kitchen appliences from CAS and I am highly recommending their services. I’d like to particularly mention a lady from the customer service department , Akshika Bhayana. She is very nice and professional and it was a pleasure dealing with her. Thank you, Nelly

    "I don't care" Customer Care

    Well, the most positive thing I can say is that they are willing to exchange and refund, but they should rename their after sales service "Customer, Don't Care". First over the range microwave ("new, unsealed") had the top and sides punched in when the installers opened the box - amazingly, the styrofoam packing with the glass tray sitting on top in the box was undamaged. The exchange took about 2 weeks. The installers returned, opened the new box (again the foam with glass tray completely intact) and the microwave was out of its packaging with the face up and the electrical cord on top, where it chewed through the protective film damaging the door. CAS claims it is Panasonic and not them who is at fault and will not support the customer other than providing yet another unit, whose condition can't be determined until it is opened. They were willing to approve yet another exchange but when I asked them for something more - to have their installers come or to deliver for free given I had been through this twice, they were rude and aggressive. Back it goes. I will pay more from another store and be sure I get a new and undamaged unit.

    They found another sucker!

    I am glad to see there is a "zero" star rating! My experience with CAS Toronto was very unsatisfactory and never plan to go to this place again! Please read reviews on Yelp and Google or even on their own web site before deciding to do business with them: I believe all negative reviews are true! Once it's out the door it is your problem!!

    Poor customer service

    Placed an order with them in January and requested a delivery 5 months later, they kept postponing the delivery and didn’t answer any of our calls. Very poor customer service and the sales don’t care once you pay the amount of the order

    Purchase of 7 major appliances

    Salesman never setup promised delivery date, no appliances delivered ! These were bought and paid for in full, months in advance ! Order was cancelled, still waiting for refund ! No appliances are available for a month and a half due to Covid, these were purchased and ordered Sept. 2019 for delivery in June ! Company should be avoided at all cost

    Delivery of refrigerator

    Our wooden floors were horribly hacked up by the delivery of a new fridge and the removal of the old one. There are four approximately 40-inch grooves in the floor. The delivery people should have put down cardboard during the delivery to protect the floors. I am terribly upset about the condition of my floors now!

    Appliance

    I bought a Frigidaire fridge from CAS on April 25th On the morning of May 5th I I received a damaged fridge which was returned On the afternoon of May 7th I received a fridge with a lot blue scuff marks which took a while to scrub off....I didn't know that the inside of the fridge was also DAMAGED until the delivery guys left and I took out all the trays and shelves to wash them & to clean the fridge I sent pictures immediately to the salesman Then tto someone from customer service then to here there and everywhere ( THIS IS NOW THE PUSH AROUND) I was told by someone to speak with the manager . .... I called Lau on May 15th and left him a msg asking him to please call me back that I would really appreciate it I could speak with him TODAY IS MAY 19 th and the MANAGER just blatantly ignored me yet when my male friend called to speak on my behalf the said manager spoke with him Both LAU and DAVE ( the salesman) told my friend that the fridge can be exchanged I filled out the form they sent me Today CAS sent me an email offering me $100.. how dare them!!!!! $100. for something I paid almost $1600. which will still be damaged AND WHICH I PAID IN FULL Utterly ridiculous and unacceptable!!!! DONT SHOP FROM CANADIAN APPLIANCE SOURCE

    Thank you for your review. The amount offered is stipulated by the manufacturer's damage compensation policy based on the extent of the damages. The request you sent indicated the fridge was already being used hence the reason behind a damage compensation. The email response sent to you by our Returns department also outlined how you could go about seeking additional compensation. I trust that since that time you have been assisted accordingly.

    Better Business Bureau Pattern of Complaints

    "The Better Business Bureau files indicate a pattern of complaints for this business." I wish i had read this before ordering. It is the worst service i have ever experienced. Ordered online, waited over two months without a status update. can't get answers from customer service and to top it off, if i want to cancel the order that i still can't get or no one can tell me when will be ready, i will be charged a 25% fee that is not made clear anywhere on there website before ordering. Do yourself a service and never buy from this place!!!

    White Glove Service

    The white glove service was a complete sham! The CAS installers whines and complained from the second they walked in the door. They did not have the tools and complained about going to the van to grab them. They began swearing at the few metres hallway they were supposed to push the new washer and dryer down to connect to hose and plug it in the wall. Did I mention this is the second trip the white glove specialists made to our condo and second time they’ve complained and cursed and left the job incomplete.
