    Rude and unprofessional. Never purchase anything here.

    We ordered a Haier fridge a month ago. It is already broken. Called for help. "Anne" said to me in a robotic tone, I will give you the information for the manufacturer. I said, actually I would like an apology or some sense of empathy for selling me a defective fridge that has failed after only one month. She just repeated herself in the same robotic tone. I asked to speak to her manager. She said she did not have one and refused to connect me to the store manager. Horrible way to treat customers.

    Rip Off company stay away

    Bought uprifht freezer at CAS London. When it arrived it did not work. Called sales person no reply. Called company passed the buck to GE service. I requested an exchange for a working appliance. they refused I had to make service call to GE. Ge did not have a technician in my area for 3 weeks. I then requested refund. They put me on to GE MABE in Mexico have been waiting for a month for action. Not appropriate for a Canadian business. Stay away no run away from CAS

Please understand that CAS is an authorized retailer, and we receive all of the appliances we sell directly from the manufacturer in their original packaging. The packaging is not removed until the appliance is presented to our customers. Therefore, CAS does not perform Quality Control testing on any of the appliances we sell. This is done by the manufacturer during the production process. As such, there are times that an appliance may experience functional issues shortly after purchase and as it is a functional issue, it falls under the manufacturer's warranty. In cases like this, the manufacturer provides CAS with very specific guidelines on how to proceed. This will almost always include having the manufacturer send out a technician to assess the appliance. The technician's report is provided to the manufacturer who then determines whether or not they feel as though the appliance can be repaired or would need to be replaced. We are very sorry to hear you could not get service for your new appliance until 3 weeks. We do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Kind regards CAS

    Excellent experience with new freezer

    I ordered a 5.5 cu ft Danby freezer online from CAS to replace the exact same model that had served me for ten years. My experience start to finish was excellent a purchase, delivery and hall-away. I can’t say one negative thing about CAS. I’d buy again.

    Run the other way

    This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Their extended warranty is garbage. The products they sell are also garbage. I bought an above range Electrolux Microwave/ventilation unit that was nothing but trouble and dangerous. After two years Electrolux finally said I could return the unit for store credit. This time I bought a Elica rangehood no microwave, still garbage. The baffles don't sit straight and the the top surface is dented from manufacturing. I have had enough of this company.

    delivery problems

    the delivery people said no one was home, someone was home and no one knocked or rang the door bell. Now I have to wait another 3 days for delivery and pay an extra $35.00 how is that fair

Please know an automated phone call is sent the day before delivery with your four hour window time, also an automated email is also sent providing you with your four hour window time. Our delivery team do try calling the day of delivery if it looks as if nobody is not home, our team do call our customers when outside their home, if there is no answer our delivery team can only wait fifteen minutes they to do have to move on to the next delivery.     Terrible service

    Bought kitchen appliances from the totalling about 12000.00. After installation found out the ventilation unit didn’t have a motor and I was told that it has a very powerful motor. Now the are refusing to give me a motor or or take the unit back, even though the salesman said that was his fault. Spoke to several people at customer relations and was told if I want it they will provide me one for $450 extra.

    Go elsewhere and save the trouble

    Would have given them no stars if I could. Easily the worst experience I've had buying any appliance in my entire life and I'm 55 years old. Bought a small Danby fridge in late June and it took a month to come in from Guelph Ontario. I checked Google Maps and I could have walked it in faster. Then we plug it in and it can't go below 5C which is a problem since we need to keep milk there. Now the fun starts as the company tells me that I'm now on my own with Danby. So now I'm running around trying to get Danby to check the appliance which we need for an event. On their website, CAS says that "Our dedicated staff of knowledgeable, friendly sales professionals will treat you like one of the family". They must have a different concept of family than I. Steer clear of this one and go elsewhere.

    New appliances

    We bought fridge, freezer, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer in the fall of 2016. We moved in January 2017. The only thing we haven't had to repair is our dryer and stove. They sell you an extended warranty because the appliances are poorly made. We spent almost $22000.00 dollars and I have a fridge that they won't fix because they say there is no fix so I have to leave with a crappy crisper drawer that won't open. BUYER BEWARE.

    We had a great experience here. One sales rep approached us showed us what we were looking for. Gave us basic training and after price match sealed the deal. We did all the leg work with the competition and gave the business here. Service and all

    Terrible Service After Purchase

    Once you leave the store and even if you purchase the extended warranty they will not help you, even if the manufacturer won’t get back to you. Our sales associate hasn’t returned our call, Thor hasn’t sent the parts or sent out a Tech to fix our range that is only 6 mo the old. Customer Service said they can’t help us that we have to wait for Thor. Horrible Customer Service
