in the middle of a wash cycle, our washing machine broke. I contacted Canadian Appliance Source over the phone to inquire about a model I liked. I am glad I did The sales agent was very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. In less than an hour, I bought our new washing machine and dryer, at a great price. The sales representative did his best and managed to get us an earlier delivery. All in all I am very happy with their customer service and I will not hesitate to buy future products from them and also to refer my friends.

Ordering over the phone was easy and I opted for next day delivery (extra $99) and removal of old appliance ($20). Freezer arrived within the time advised (4 hour window). Delivery staff were pleasant and professional. My only minor complaint is that the "white glove" delivery service did not include installation of the handle (and the instructions supplied were vague) and levelling of the appliance. Other than that, the purchase process was easy and efficient.

My wife and I dealt with Canadian Appliance Source for the first time today. We purchased our kitchen appliances with the professional experience from Rob Adams our sales rep. Very pleased with the purchase and delivery process of our Frigidaire, using the services of Ryan Clarkson at the Etobicoke location. Ryan took the time during a phone call enquiry to research, walk the floor, search the back room, looking for just the right fridge for our needs. It is a tight space in our basement, and he worked with us to get the right fit, all over the phone, with no pressure tactics. Very relieved to have the fridge hooked up, working - and it's a perfect fit for the space. Thank you Ryan! He also negotiated the best price option for us.

I went to Canadian Appliance Source in Kitchener to decide on whether to purchase a replacement over-the-range microwave oven for my kitchen or repair my current unit and had the pleasure of dealing with Carm Santino. Carm provided me with friendly, professional and knowledgeable service. He listened to my needs, provided me with options and then, once I had decided to purchase a new microwave he helped me select the one that would best suit the needs of my family. On top of that, he also worked out a very fair price for both the microwave and the 5-year service agreement (and we all know with the disposable technology in appliances these days, that's a smart purchase). I recently bought a condo and needed to get a stacked washer and dryer unit. We went to Canadian Appliance since their prices were competitive and we had a great experience buying a BOSCH dishwasher from them earlier. Both Vatsala and Gladwyn (the store manager) were very helpful and supportive during our visit, from explaining the appliance features to giving us a great discount. We would definitely recommend Canadian Appliance and would buy appliances from them again!

We needed a new stove. We heard good things about CAS from a family member so we decided to give it a shot. We went to the Woodbridge location When we walked in we were greeted by Mark. He helped us right away and answered any questions we had. He was very knowledgeable about the products. He was a great help as we were unsure and he clarified everything for us. He found us the best fit for our needs. The price was great along with the service. I would definitely recomend buying appliances here. ** Ok so if your read the first half of my review yes things started off great. Once I unpacked the stove after delivery I noticed a few scratches. I called them and they put everything in progress quick. But here we are 4 months later and nothing has been done. The after sales service is the worst I have every experienced. Once they showed up with the wrong part. Unless I would reach out to them I wouldn’t hear anything. I would rather spend a couple 100 bucks more somewhere else knowing I would get the after sales service. I will never buy another appliance from here again based on the this. My last communication with them was well before the holidays. I havent got an email/ call nothing. I honestly feel that they are just hoping that I would forget and go away.
