    Erin provided professional service that exceeded my mom's expectations!

    My mom called Erin at the London store and detailed her wishes with respect to a new a refrigerator. Erin was pleasant, professional, and thorough as she placed the order, provided details of the warranty selections, and indicated that she would follow up once the refrigerator was ready to be delivered. My mom called me immediately to express her delight in Erin's quality of service. Clearly Erin possesses a passion for her career and refined people skills necessary to assist customers. I know that my mom will call on Erin when needing appliances in the future. Thank you Erin for serving my mom with excellence!

    Canadian Appliance Source Whitby - great service

    Thanks to David Dunbar for his excellent service as we looked to purchase new appliances for our remodeled kitchen. David knows his stuff and was patient and low pressure in his approach. Nice work David - thanks!

    Induction oven range

    I bought there an induction oven that was advertised as WiFi enabled but WiFi feature was missing in the oven they sent me. In the customer service they kept sending me to manufacturer which didn’t help as well

    Appliance price

    Price for range GE, that I bought wasn’t the lowest. Next day I informed the sell person with the price of othre store for same item. She told ‘’nothing to do, is too late’’. Meantime they mentioned the lowest price. It’s not true

    Beware Bait and Switch

    My husband and I ordered a Danby interior and exterior stainless steel Microwave. What we got was a stainless steel exterior microwave only. We also ordered white glove service which I was told and this is an exact quote from the agent included "White glove delivery includes them taking it into the property, placing it approximately where you would like it and unboxing the units and taking away the garbage." Well the delivery people came in and put the microwave were we wanted it. They did not take it out of the box or take the garbage away. Both my husband and I have disabilities and that was exactly why I asked for white glove service. When I called to complain was told "we don't do that for small appliances" Then that is what the agent should have told me the day I bought it.

Unfortunately, at times, we do have mistakes on our site. This is in no way an intent to "bait and switch". Also, I looked at the discussion you had with one of our sales representatives on our CHAT platform and your first question was regarding white glove delivery. The rep did not know that you were going to order a microwave at that time and responded accordingly. The sales representative should have been clearer and included the fact that Ovation only un-boxes appliances larger than a dishwasher. My apologies for that miscommunication.     Kitchen

    We just bought a fridge, freezer, and a stove and we had a very pleasant experience at the store, thanks to Yanuj, at the Stoney Creek location. We are very happy with our purchase, and the prices and selection were better than at Home Depot. Thank you Januj! Vince V.

    Microwave

    Needed replacement for above the range microwave. Ray answered all my questions, gave advice about compatible replacements and I purchased a floor model which offered good value for money. Very satisfied with the service!

    Appliances

    an average deal on appliances. Followup is a joke. They are happy to take your money but the service and lack of follow through is disappointing. I'd go somewhere else

    New dryer

    I went to look at a dryer that was on sale, but it wasn't really what I wanted. Dave Thomas helped me find one that would fit my needs, and I bought it and the pedestal, and ordered delivery and installation, and removal of the old unit. They were on time. Everything went very smoothly. I love the new dryer -- it's perfect! I wasn't promised anything that wasn't delivered. I did have to switch the door myself, but it was only 6 screws and it was done. I'm completely delighted.

    Refrigeretor

    I bought my case refrigerator from Canadian Appliance and i love it. Great customer service, REALLY GOOD PRICE and the delivery service was great too. I really recommend Canadian Appliance !
