It's my fourth time going back to Canadian Appliances. Early last year, I bought a laundry pair there for my condo, and I got a very good deal because of the promotion; However, I found out afterwards that they wouldn't fit in my small space, so I had to find a different pair. I thought I was in a bad position to bargain for a good price as I had to get replacements any way. To my surprise, when I contacted the associate I bought my unit from, he not only provided me a lot useful information in regards to what units would work for my space, but also offered me an even better deal. I was really impressed, so I went back to the same associate a few times already with my family and friends when they need to purchase appliances. The purchase experience has always been great. I have to mention the associate’s name - Adib. There are always people you get to know from occasions that end up impressing you greatly, and he is one of them. He is not only knowledgeable, and would always offer you the best reasonable price he can manage instead of playing the game and try to get more commission from the deal (which was the usual experience I had with other stores). Shopping around for big items is always a headache, but a good store and good salesman like him make the purchase so much easier. This store will always be my first choice for Appliances, and I would always go to Adib as long as he works there!
