I was very impressed with Ray, the sales representative who assisted us in our purchase of a fridge. We were happy to pay the extra charges for having next business day delivery. Then an additional charge by the company delivering because the elevator was only available in the morning. This seemed very excessive and taking advantage of a situation out of our control.

I called Canadian Appliance Source at Merivale location in Ottawa and got a wonderful help and advice from Chris who was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased apartment size washer dryer. it was delivered as scheduled.

Very professional and knowledgable pleasent sales person. No nonsense shopping. Great experience and efficient service, great pricing. I would recommend Kelly Chiarcos sales and this company to all my family and friends.

Natasha is amazing! She gave us the best deals! The store alone beat so many other competitors but for her to also help us out as new home owners meant a lot. We bought everything for the kitchen and laundry. Highly recommend!

Chris at the Merival location was very friendly and knowledgeable. The price was the best in the area for the appliances we wanted and the delivery went as planned. However, the company they are affiliated with for installation charges a ridiculous amount of money so we found our own installer and are very satisfied with the end result. I must admit that I was hesitant considering some of the other reviews and their BBB rating given their return policy and procedures that are less than ideal but in the end, it has been a very good experience for us and we are satisfied.

I had a great experience. The associate I worked with, Clark, was great.. He listened to all my concerns and was knowledgeable on brands and specs. I would definitely recommend Canadian Appliance Source if you are looking for "ease of purchase" and an above average customer service experience!

Our fridge died on a Friday and Joanne and the team had a new one to us, off the beaten path - Freelton - right away. Very pleased with how helpful and knowledgable she is, as well as patient. Price was GREAT - found a fridge on sale and it was an excellent bargain. Delivery on time as promised. Highly recommended.

The Samsung stove I'd been waiting for was finally released after 7 months. Mike L doggedly tracked down the stove through their purchasing people after 4 days and came back with a price $200 below my budget and $500 better than other suppliers. Adding the matching refrigerator sweetened the deal and the order was placed. Estimated availability was 3 weeks and that's when my items arrived. Their delivery people offered several choices, confirmed by email and voice mail. An automated message advised me a few minutes ahead to expect delivery and another 5 minutes after delivery to ask if everything was satisfactory. That's good business. Delivery guys were pleasant, competent and efficient. ( Many years ago I used to do this kind of work and I always take care to ensure clear access, remove doors where necessary and move furniture out of the way. Believe me they always appreciate that, as well as a nice tip) First class all the way. Highly satisfied with CAS Mississauga.

Tried to tell me I had to pay more than the quoted price for Sat del. Don't even bother with this company. You get better treatment from other stores & prices aren't really much better. Now have to fight for refund when it was their screw up in the first place.
