Ahmed, Carlos and Sam were all friendly and helpful with my situation and requests. Great Service. Good products. Fantastic Prices. I would recommend CAS to anyone shopping in the neighbourhood for appliances and need speedy delivery and install.

I called for a range oven. Angelo was very friendly and helpful. Our conversation was very informative and he explained me the difference between brands and what size is appropriate for my apartments. Those information was hard to find by simple googling. He also offered me the best price I could find online. I find I lose lots of time to make a decision and find reasonable prices. Unfortunately, it is not inevitable as regularly all products are highly overpriced by all big vendors. I felt so relieved finding this seller.

Our GE 18 year old washer broke down and the online reviews for Speed Queen washers were far better than most other models. We went to this Mississauga store and Charles was very helpful went over all the options with us. We made a decision to buy right in the store including the extended warranty for 11 years We were willing to pay for quality and the features we wanted and we hope to get at least 20 years out of this appliance.

We waked in just to browse appliances for a new place and walked out buying a dishwasher and a stove. Will be back for the fridge and washer/dryer. Sales associate (Ray) was very informative and helpful but nut pushy. Gave us space to browse around and was available when we need some answers.

Bought a Samsung RF23M8090SR for $4300. The price was not competitive and I had to pay for delivery, removal or my existing fridge, and warranties. I bought from CAS assuming I would get good service. The salesperson Miguel at the Longueil store lost interest as soon as he passed my credit card. Service was horrible. The delivery people refused to take existing fridge as Miguel never specified it was a SubZero. Miguel was quick blame me instead of himself. Customer service hung on me 3 times, and the delivery company blamed CAS for the issues. Not only was I not credited, apologized to, I was charged another $60. Stay away!!! here

We recently moved into a new apartment from out of Province and soon found out that the previous owners were miserly on appliance quality. We researched all of our options especially the big box stores and then CAS. New to CAS we walked in found exactly what we were looking for with the help of Frank. He was knowledgeable about his products. So easy to do business with. The prices were great. I would have liked to have seen them take care od installation but thats a minor point.

Knew exactly what I wanted and competitors prices. Walked in and Dan took care of us at CAS in Ottawa West end. No short talk, straight to the point, beat the competitors price and within half and hour everything done! Exactly how I wanted it , great price and great service. Now anxious to enjoy BBQ season!

I did some of my own research on the different makes and models regarding the products. I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and approachable. I personally dealt with Ahmed Younes who in my eyes was knowledgeable and forthcoming in giving me specific information regarding the differences between makes and models of washer/dryers. Pleasant and had nice salesman qualities. I had been to other places in the past but this individual made you feel he cared for your needs. I would definitely go back to purchase other appliances when the need arises.

Called CAS to inquire re new washer/dryer suitable for our condo. A gentleman named Ray answered the phone quickly and advised on a suitable model. He efficiently processed the purchase and delivery. The entire shopping experience over the phone was extremely positive. Thank you Ray! Hope that the delivery itself will be as positive :)
