    telephone shopping

    I was vacationing in the US and browsing the web for a washer and dryer. I saw a set that I had looked at before and it was on sale. I called the store and asked for Chris Groleau. We had purchased a stove and fridge from him and were impressed with his knowledge and courtesy. If we are ever in need of other appliances we would not hesitate to ask for him again. He is very professional. .

    Don’t buy anything from this store

    Awful customer service. My range was damaged and got the run around for 9 days. No one ever returned my calls. I finally contacted the manufacturer and sent off all emails that stated it was the manufacturers decision when in fact they said NO it’s the stores decision. Had started a claim with visa to pull back my money and surprise got an email telling me it was approved to get me a new range. Such s disappointing purchase. Apparently they have a NO REFUND/EXCHANGE policy they don’t tell you about.

We do have a procedure that needs to be followed regarding Returns/Exchanges as the manufacturer, in this case, Samsung would need to provide us with a Return Authorization(RA) before we can exchange the unit. In your case, you notified us on Friday, March 9 that there was damage to the interior of your range. We requested an RA from Samsung and received confirmation of the RA on Friday, March 16. We processed this RA on Monday, March 19 and shipped the replacement to you on March 20. Please note that we processed this exchange as quickly as possible within the parameters provided by the manufacturer. Regards, CAS

    Service

    I researched for a wine fridge and there's a reason why I always shop at CAS. They carry top brands at reasonable and competitive prices. Mohammed was very professional and offered immediate service. He located the item and guaranteed the expected delivery date within the right time frame. He ensured the measurements would be suitable for the installation and the transaction went very smoothly. I'm a returning customer and this was noted when I called. Mohammed welcomed me and made me feel right at home. Excellent service. Thank you!

    Glad

    We went to purchase three appliances. Fridg, dish washer and cooking range. Gladwyn was very helpful and knowledgeable in showing us what was available and the price range for what we were looking for. Very professional way of dealing with customers. On our second visit we went to Gladwyn again and he gave us more discounts on the price. We bought all three appliances. Best prices too! Will refer to friends. Thanks Ram and Radha

    Purchased Bosch Dishwasher as replacement

    To fix my old dishwasher was going to cost $500 with no guaranty it would work. A friend recommended CAS & I went on line to check prices. Their sale saved me a ton! Antony was informative, friendly and thorough in showing me all the options I wanted. I will definitely recommend CAS to others.

    Good buying experience

    I bought a fridge, cooking top and washer from Canadian Appliance Source (CAS) on Markham store with the assistance of salesperson Vikas Makhija. He was very knowledgeable and professional, I also got good prices for the purchase. I would definitely recommend this appliance store. Hopefully I can get the item that is not available now and, scheduled to come for a few weeks from now, As soon as possible.

    Service

    We were looking for a Panasonics 4-in-one oven. Bruce took the time to provide all information and measurement to us. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He tried his best to give us good price. We were very satisfied with this shopping experience.

    Purchase of kitchen appliances

    We bought a fridge, stove, dishwasher (all WiFi connected), and a microwave from Canadian Appliance Source (CAS) on Merivale Road in Ottawa with the assistance of salesperson Som. We checked other suppliers for prices, and all were competitive. After some back-and-forth we got a much better price at CAS. Som was really helpful - knowledgeable, without being condescending or pushy. I would recommend him as a sales person. Hopefully the delivery, scheduled for a few weeks from now, goes as well.
