I decided to shop at "Canadian Appliance Source" for 3 new appliances as I have never dealt with them before. After checking their site and having a good experience on line I decided to call my local store in Barrie and I spoke with Frank the salesman. He took lots of time with me and I decided to drive the hour or more to the store and see what was available to me. I decided to purchase a lovely platinum coloured Samsung washer and dryer as well as a Whirlpool fridge for our basement. My shopping experience was very enjoyable and Frank made it painless for me. I look forward to my order being shipped soon and I thank Frank for his wonderful personal service.

I am fully satisfied with the service provided by Richard Yu at the Store of the company. He was polite and patient to explain in details of the products I am looking for.

We went to CAS in Ottawa to buy and a dishwasher and were very happy with the service from Chris. He was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He took the time to explain the key features and found us an in-store discount to save us extra money.

We dropped into the store based on the internet pricing and affordable delivery. We had researched the appliances in a US consumer report review and had in mind the brand and model. The sales person was helpful in directing us to the possible matches to our research. Due to the US coding we were not able to match the stove exactly. It would have been helpful to give more specs to compare models prior to purchase. These were provided in an email after purchase. Prices were very competitive and appealing although there is pressure to purchase at the time due to the varying hour to hour prices changes that apparently can occur based on competitors pricing. We have yet to have appliances delivered and in use as we will be arranging delivery upon a move in a few months. So time will tell regarding overall satisfaction with the products.

I purchased ventilation Kobe from CAS, Mike was very cooperative, and explained about the product in & out which helps us to buy. I recommend you guys to visit CAS they have good other stuff too. Syed

Needed a freezer to replace Kenmore unit that just quit Went to Canadian Appliance Source rather than big box stores as I felt that choices were greater online Went to Markham store and Bruce Lam was the salesperson Purchase was simple and straightforward Mr Lam was great to deal with Would easily recommend CAS , Mr Bruce Lam and Amana 16cu.ft freezer

After a few months of research, I finally decided on the make and model of BBQ I was interested in purchasing. I spoke on the phone with Joseph who was very helpful and accommodating. I was quoted an unbeatable price so I ordered the BBQ. It arrived during the time frame promised and I was notified of the delivery in advance via phone call and e-mail. I haven't set up the BBQ yet, but so far, so good.

I HAVN'T RECEIVED MY APPLIANCES YET AS THEY ARE HOLDING MY PRICE QUOTE FOR DELIVERY ON COMPLETION OF MY KITCHEN RENO. I WAS FAMILIAR WITH MY SALES REP. FROM A PREVIOUS CONSULTATION AND HE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN ARRANGING FOR EVERTHING. I CAN'T FULLY COMMENT ON THE DELIVERY AND PRODUCT PERFORMANCE UNTIL I RECEIVE THEM. SO FAR SO GOOD.
