Great place would recommend. They have great products and prices. They had the appliances what I was looking for. We met Nick..very helpful and professional....he had lots o patience...I know I am a very difficult customer.

Vivek was very helpful finding what we required on the internet. He was able to describe the product in detail meeting our requirements. The price was lower then other companies. We are expecting it to arrive in 4-6 weeks and hoping it meets our expectations. We do not believe in the extended warranty and he did not pressure us into taking it, which would have ended the sale had he been more aggressive.

Roger was incredibly knowledgable prompt upfront and personable everything you would expect and more. Being someone that values my plan was Having visited several stores I felt foolish for waste my time and not having gone your first date selection fair prices and knowledgable.

We went to the store to purchase a refrigerator, Dish Washer and Microwave and met Natasha, who was very helpful plus very professional and knowledgeable, also the Store manager Carlos was very kind and gentle, we walked out having bought all the items from Canadian Appliances , our experience is so good we would recommend our friends as well.

I am not a difficult customer and I can understand delays and deal with it but it’s the lack of communication when spending thousands that makes me think twice about a company. Great purchase experience (at a great price) and very satisfied with our new fridge but everything in-between im not so satisfied with. Like most bad reviews was promised our appliance (fridge) in 2-7 days following the purchase but received it 21 days later. I emailed the store manager Ed twice looking for an update with no response, called and left phone messages on multiple occasions with again no response and then when I finally reached him he said he would look into it and call me back but that never happened either, unacceptable customer service. At time of my purchase he said CAS wanted to take over the appliance sales industry but im pretty sure that will never happen if this type of customer service continues. I finally spoke to another sales person Matt who did do what he promised, called me back with an actual delivery date and gave me free delivery for all the troubles, much thanks to him and also to the delivery team who did a great job. Still need to find a matching stove & dishwasher but I can’t say I will trust CAS for those purchases.

Arrived at the Matheson store and Imran Ahmed approached us within a minute. He was kind and knowledgeable about the washing machines we were eying. Did not push us for a deal, but we decided to go for it after comparing prices with other stores. He was able to apply a small discount. I chose a pick-up for their Etobicoke warehouse the next day, which went flawless. A couple of weeks with our new Samsung washer we have no reasons for concern. A great experience overall!

We recently Purchased a microwave from Canadian appliances. I dealt with Ryan Noble. He was very efficient., courteous and covered all the important points without being pushy. We have purchased from this company in the past. We have never had any issues Excellent service.

After a rather poor experience with another appliance store, we selected CAS. I wasn’t optimistic, to be honest. A young gent named Ryan Noble approached us to lend a hand. I thought “here we go again”. To my surprise, he was knowledgeable, engaging, and directed us to an oven which met out needs, and, to my great surprise, with a price tag far less than the previous store. he also found us another product which happened to be deeply discounted, and ended up saving us another trip. Because of the second purchase, he calculated yet another discount. Believe me, if the service was otherwise, I would be equally vocal on the negative side. I highly recommend this company. We bought a Bosh built in oven and a Bosh dishwasher, and a well discounted 4 year additional warranty.

Called in to order the item seen online. Was offered a promotion and the sales rep worked with me to arrange shipping. Very pleased the service received today. Thank you
