    Excellent Service, good price

    I was fortunate to meet with Dan. He was very professional, positive, and knowledgeable. Overall, the purchase experience was excellent. Hope the delivery will be without any hitch. I will definitely refer family and friends to CAS. Thank you Dan.

    Washer/Dryer combo

    Exceedingly dissatisfied. When I made my purchase, one of the items I was buying wasn't in stock. I was told by the salesman in question that the item would be arriving at the store on the Monday or, at the latest, the Tuesday of the next week, and that it would be delivered on either the Wednesday or Thursday, depending on when it arrived. Well, it didn't arrive, and when I called to ask where my order was, I was told the item wouldn't be arriving for another week. Furthermore, the salesman who made the sale has become impossible to reach. Calls to him go straight to voice mail. I'm seriously considering cancelling the order outright. I don't like to do business with people whose word I can't trust.

Unfortunately, we have standard receiving cycles from our vendors and at times, the manufacturer will be unable to provide the appliance to us in the time frame we expect and as such your product may be delayed. The salesperson would have been under the impression that the appliance would be available in the timeframe he provided to you until we receive notification otherwise from the manufacturer. Our apologies as well for the lack of communication from your salesperson.

    BBQ

    Kitchener store -Service was good, but the "Showroom" BBQ was not assembled correctly or completely. The wrong screws were used to attach the doors, and the rotisserie skewer was missing. I'm still unsure if all the parts are there as I won't set it up outside for a few months. There is a bag containing hardware inside the cabinet so I just hope it's all there. The salesman has ordered a skewer and I will be contacted when it arrives, and I have to drive over an hour to pick it up?

    Skip over this company-read BBB reviews first

    In short: two delivery teams to deliver two appliances. Both pointing the finger at each other to install and remove old appliances. Nobody does the work and dog runs out . Dryer is left wedging the back door with everyone's hands in the air. Three weeks later no appliances. Sales sends me to customer care, care sends me to logistics, logistics to sales. Repeat. countless of emails and phone calls with no answer or return call. Ridiculous!!!

    New fridge and atove

    Great experience with salesman who helped me... Kanwal Ahuja. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase new appliances. He was very helpful, patient, he showed me various options but I felt no pressure ( very important to me. The best part was that he has a great sense of humour. Thanks Kanwai, I am sure you will see me at Canadian Appliance Source again Rhonda

    Gas dryer

    Staff came to greet me quickly when I entered the store. Helpful, helped me get the info I needed to make a decision. Explained the delivery process. Didn't feel rushed at all but it didn't drag on. Good experience.

    Great Sales Staff

    Our experience with CAS (Markham) and specifically, our sales representative Bruce was very pleasant. He provided us with the necessary options based on our requirements, and was not pushy. He highlighted some differentiating features on a few fridges, and allowed us to decide what we preferred. When we decided on a particular fridge, he provided us with a printout of the specs in order for us to ensure that the fridge would fit the nook that we were in the process of modifying. I would definitely recommend CAS (Markham) for its competitive pricing, and most of all the top notched service from Bruce.

    Bosch DIshwasher

    My wife and I dropped into the Kitchener store to check out the Bosch dishwasher that was on sale. We decided to buy this model and waited for a service representative to complete his order with another customer. The store was quite busy and there were only two service people on duty. We simply waited out turn and then dealt with Vivek. He was courteous, efficient, and definitely knowledgeable with his position. We were informed that the item was out of stock at the store but a new shipment will be forthcoming in about a week. That was fine with us and we are looking forward for the call when it arrives. Again, Vivek provided us with all the answers to our questions. So far, I would recommend this Company, if Vivek is the quality of service which it demands.

    Terrible Customer Service

    I would definitely not recommend this company. Better deals and service are easily available elsewhere. Purchased Moffat fridge; handles won't sit flush on door, appears to have shelf on inside door missing and appears that the model may be discontinued because I can only get generic info (not specific to the model I purchased from manufacturers website. Salesperson has not answered my question about this and has not provided any useful assistance - telling me to read the manual. Delivery people did not remove boots, did not have protective material to put on the floors, told me to remove my hall carpet runner and that I could clean my (hardwood) floor after with a mop!! Only after refusing to do this did they bring in cardboard for part of floor (not the kitchen). Overall this company does not appear to care at all about the customer once the sale is made. Interestedly, they don't seem to care about or have responded to the other negative reviews on this site

    Kitchen Appliance Purchase

    My Stove blew up, so I called around to the usual big box appliance stores, couldn't get a decent delivery date on a whirlpool slide in range. I called CAS sales line and was immediately dispatched to Ravi K who infomed me they were sold out, and would be a 3 week waiting time. As I continued to call around, Ravi called me back in 20 mins to inform me, that there is a customer that doesn't need his range (same as I wanted) for 2-3 weeks, and if i wanted it, he will call the customer to see if I can take his range, and he will reorder his for him and still guarentee the delivery date for him. I ordered it immediately, and will receive the range in less than a week. Ravi went above and beyond for his customer, and as a result, I will continue to use CAS for all my home appliance needs. Unbeatable customer service, and good prices. Thank you Ravi!
