I ordered paid and waited for a amana fridge that was advertised to come with a ice maker. upon the arrival of the stock i was informed it actually did not come with the ice maker. having waited the time for the order to be completed. on the delivery day, the delivery guy says he couldn't deliver the item from the end of my driveway into the basement because there is snow on the walkway. Given that we live in Canada and its winter time there is going to be snow regardless of how much shoveling is involved. So after I call customer service and wait 30 mins to inform them of the failed delivery, I speak to a disgruntled CS rep at the end of her shift and she tells me to pay another delivery fee if I want my items.

Have bought a washer, dryer, and dish washer from CAS and found their prices to be competitive, better than the usual big box stores. They also have the inventory, so you don’t usually have to wait long. Service is also great, Denis tried to find the best for our price point, without any pressure tactics, and has good knowledge of the product.

Very happy with the service and quality of the product. Derek took very good care of us once again. First with our stove and then with our BBQ. Very satisfied

Dave Thomas, at the Dufflaw Toronto location, is exceptionally knowledgeable (his father had an appliance store!), helpful, honest, friendly and goes that extra mile to ensure the customer is satisfied. (He spent hours with me!) It's the second appliance I've purchased with his help.

We were very pleased with the exceptional service provided by Vathsala Manobaven on our recent visit to CAS. It was our first time dealing with this company and we were impressed with the price, the in-store service and the prompt delivery.

Roger Malcolm at the store in Heartland did a great job walking us through the various brands with no pressure and with genuine honest commentary on each item. That value added knowledge is nice to have.

I started from replacing the old stove (oven was broken) and end-up buying several appliances for the upcoming basement renovation project. The choice of appliances, prices and personal assistance ( I've got help from Natalie Rotem and Dave Thomas) were so good that I could not resist. I spent a decent time analyzing online my choices but final decisions were made in the store when I talked to staff and view more options.

The sales person was very helpful, but neglected to inform me about their return policy. It stinks 25% restocking fee plus you have to pay shipping, this is rediculus considering the size of the company. Never again!
