Doug at the whitby store was informative, helpful and patient despite the fact the store was closing. We ended up going with the samsung with smarthome feature and delivery guys were excellent, professional and prompt. The only reason why i didnt rate 5 stars was that samsung smarthome units need a wifi adapter in order for it to connect. I think samsung should have included it especially for the price of the unit. Not canadian appliance's fault but it would have been good to know that when i bought the washer so i could have ordered it all at once and saved myself a trip to the store. Otherwise, great store, helpful staff and fantastic delivery.

We decided to purchase our appliances from CAS and were greeted by Vathsy at the Mississauga location and were very pleased. We walked in with some brands in mind and she was quickly able to recommend appliances that were suited to us and ensured we got the best prices possible. She took her time and we never felt pressured into a purchase we were not comfortable with. We haven't taken delivery of our appliances yet, however I am confident that she will be there for us should anything go wrong. Overall a very positive shopping experience. Thank you Vathsy!

Great prices and service, Alexandria our salesperson was very efficient and friendly. I would definitely return in the future for additional appliances. The only improvement I could suggest are better online directions to the store, there are not very good. Thank you Kate

Fred Capobianco was great to work with and quickly helped us access which model was the right fit for us. Another added bonus was having our purchase delivered within 2 days! We have purchased two appliances from CAS over the past few years. Mark Yakut is our go-to sales person. He is always very responsive by email and phone. He always gets us the best price in town (and we compare to everything from Home Depot to Costco) and is a pleasure to deal with. We will buy from him again!

I ordered an induction stove and ran into a couple of issues. You can’t discuss or resolve issues, which would normally be easily done at such retailers as Lowe's or Home Depot. Customer service is impossible to get any services or answers! The sales person would not respond to requests or address any concerns once credit card is swiped, even though the transaction has not been completed yet. Buyers beware!

Best price. Fast Service. I knew what I wanted and received the best price and purchased both items in less than 20 minutes. Great service...just waiting for the delivery at this time.
