Great customer service and staff was very knowledgeable. Purchased a few appliances - Ajay and Carlo at Ronson location were great to work with. Would highly recommend this store and their staff.

Don't buy from Canadian Appliance Source. They delivered a stove before we were ready for it and it had been dropped in the warehouse. They will not take it back or give a refund. Not a chance i could do that much damage on my own.

Carm from the Kitchener store blew us off after the sale. We needed to change our order slightly and he ignored all emails and calls. We would have gotten the wrong products shipped if itwasnt for my wife calling again. I would not recommend this sales rep. All nice to your face when he wants your money but forgets about you when you need him.

During the recent Black Friday sales at CAS Appliances we were quietly (i.e. no big sales spiel) and efficiently served by Fred Capobianco . We knew what we wanted: the Bosch Speed Oven HMCP0252 UC was the answer to our space constraints in a teeny kitchen .Not only was Fred able to give us the best price we had seen, he was able to arrange " a Cash and Carry" the same evening so that we did not have to return to pick up/or wait for delivery. Great Service! Thanks Fred!

Som Phamisith was very helpful and extremely friendly, he greeted us when we first walked in. He was able to beat all the prices we had researched from the various stores across town. What was very refreshing was his honesty about the products we needed, he gave us his honest opinion about a specific washer and he was able to save us some extra money. He was also very knowledgeable about the warranty and he recommended some helpful options. Overall I left the store under my budget and with some high end appliances. Thanks to Som and CAS.

Do not buy anything from this company. Their customer service is terrible. I ended up dealing directly with GE. They resolved the issue Save your money and go elsewhere it is not worth the stress and aggregation. 3 weeks and still waiting to hear back from manager
