In the process of buying several appliances for our kitchen renovation, I was helped by Ray Ray, Canadian Appliance Source, 90 Ronson Dr., Etobicoke, ON, M9W 1B6. I found him to be very professional, friendly and thoughtful (in the choice of my appliances and later after the decision has been made in getting info on the delivery and installation). Highly recommended!

This time around I needed appliances for my own kitchen. So I waited for Black Friday to come around. I did some shopping and looked at a few websites. CAS had the best prices posted so I decide to visit their Dufflaw location in Toronto. I was greeted by Dave Thomas and he asked us if he could be of any help. We decided to have a look around the showroom in case we see anything else beside the appliances we had in mind. Once ready we went back to see Dave. He was extremely knowledgeable. Because of him we ended up buying superior high end appliances at unbeatable price! I recommended Canadian Appliance Source to friends and family in the past and now to you. Received very good service From Alex at the Ottawa store. Was able to make a good decision based on my research and Alex's input. Receive a competitive price. Needed to have delivery delayed for convenience and a scheduling in a few weeks was not a problem. Looking forward to receiving the dryer. Thanks Alex

Needed a simple range hood and CAS offered the best price (20% less than other large stores). I paid over the phone before going and the box was ready for pick-up when I arrived in Etobicoke location in forty minutes. People in the showroom as well as in the shipping dock were very friendly and helpful and the showroom itself is also great and comfortable. Will use CAS again.

I purchased a GE Range with an Induction Cooktop from Canadian Appliance Source (CAS) and found out that it is a hazard for anyone with a pacemaker. The salesman who served us made no mention of this health danger and no warning was posted on the appliance in the showroom. I contacted customer service at CAS to request an exchange for the same model range but with a conventional electric cooktop. The request was refused. CAS failed to inform me that the appliance they sold me was a hazard to my health and should take responsibility for correcting the situation. Poor customer service, an unreasonable returns policy and serious disregard for consumer safety. Don’t shop here.

I had never been to a CAS store before. We are renovating our cottage and needed all kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer. Al from CAS was extremely knowledgeable about all products and was very helpful in assisting me to select quality products at the best price.
