Antonio Barone was great in helping my wife and I decide on a new dishwasher. Gave us a very good deal, picked up the unit at the Martin Grove site. The entire process was flawless and we’re very happy with the product. Great purchase.

Am very satisfied with the service provided by Alex. He was knowledgeable, professional but friendly, and accommodating. He had to do some digging for me to find the appropriate appliances that meet the specifications I need which he did with no problem. When I mentioned that another store delivery charge was a bit cheaper he quickly calculated and itemized the costs for me for each store, with the CAS total being cheaper. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with him again.

We were very satisfied with the help we received from Louis Samonas, purchasing a dryer for a rental unit. He was knowledgeable about the Samsung products. We bought a Samsung washer 1/2 year ago and a Samsung dryer now. We purchased three kitchen appliances prior to that. The selection, pricing and the decision making was easy and pleasant. This purchase is our third from him and his company. Prices are great, service is great, the delivery and installation were easy and without complications.

My appliances have all arrived!!! I am very pleased with the service I received from Sam. He was very good at helping me choose the best products for my needs and at a considerable saving compared to other dealers I checked out.

On a busy day in the height of sale season, we were extremely satisfied with the sales service. Alex has a deep knowledge of all the products we asked about. He was able to show us how we would benefit from a number of features on the washers and dryers that we looked at, while downplaying features we didn't need. This helped us to focus and make a decision that works for us. Purchasing and delivery have been a breeze!

When delivered one pedestal was damaged. I refused to accept it. Call their Customer Service ... total waste of time ... I was told that eventually someone will order a new pedestal and let me know when my new delivery will be .. basically don't call us ...we will call you .... Went to the store ... oh sorry sir we just sell you the stuff ... we don't make sure you actually get a product that's not damaged. What a joke! Buyer be aware they only care enough to take your money. My sales person Mike told me that they don't look after customers at the store and gave me the 1 888 eat S**t customer service number again. This time they were closed at 5pm. I guess I will have to take another day off when ever I am told to because I did this all to myself by shopping at Canadian Appliance Source ... more like Canadian headache Source for me! P.S. Advice by your appliance from a store that will talk to you when you have a problem.

This is my second purchase from them. Canadian Appliance Source have a great selection of products with competitive prices. Their customer service is just great and the delivery process easy. They keep you updated via voice messages regarding the delivery and keep you posted with email updates as well.

Our microwave unit died on Monday evening. I searched the internet that evening for a replacement. On Tuesday morning I called CAS and spoke to Jamie who was very helpful. He indicated that he could have a unit by Friday. However, he asked that I call back on Wednesday morning because the order may make an earlier delivery. I was able to pick up the unit on Wednesday morning and had it working that afternoon. Jamie gave us good advice and service at a great price.

Purchased a microwave oven from Doug Harden this past week and got information on a stove. His service was very professional and courteous. Doug has very in depth product knowledge. The product arrived for pick-up very quickly, well ahead of the projected date.

I first met Rishi in March 2017 at the 90 Ronson Road Store. I was looking for four appliances. He was very helpful guiding me through the products and their features till I made up my mind in Novemebr 2017. He is a very knowledgeable slaes person and was patient and helpful in suggesting alterante products to fit my budget. Thank you
