    Great experience with Canadian Appliances store, Angelo Moutoulas was amazing

    I bought all my appliances from Canadian Appliances store, had the pleasure of dealing with Angelo Moutoulas, he was very knowledgeable, professional, always answered my questions and helped me chose what is best for my lifestyle rather then do implosive purchases that may not work for my needs. I returned back just because of the trust relationship I built with Angelo and highly recommend doing business with him. Thank you for a great service

    Fridge Purchase for now

    The personnel at CAS are very professional....no pushy sales tactics and good advise....most important competitively priced. Recommend everyone pay a visit at least once before any major appliance purchase...wont regret.

    Defective Dryer - Poor Customer Service

    By far my worst customer service experience ever! I would give this company a ZERO STAR rating! I bought 6 high end appliances from CAS and paid top dollar. One of the appliances was a dryer that was delivered 3 times as the first two were damaged. This over a FOUR WEEK period. The dryer was fine until it was plugged in and it started to leak water (steam function). It turns out the motherboard was fried. I contacted CAS to request that the dryer be replaced as it was defective upon DELIVERY. CAS said no that it was not their problem and to contact the manufacturer. I even suggested that they take back the washer and dryer and I will pay more money for better washer and dryer. CAS's customer service is appalling. They had no problem taking my money, but when it came to customer service that was a different story. Customer care didn't return half my calls. Emails and phone calls went unanswered. I would strongly recommend that you do not deal with CAS. Go to someone with a better reputation and better customer service. Based on reading these comments from others it would appear I am not the only one that has had a bad experience with CAS. I have never dealt with a company where customer service was not a priority. CAS would have been wise to resolve my situation, but they chose to ignore me and my defective dryer. I contacted the appliance manufacturer and the manager of customer service said that CAS should replace the dryer, but they cannot make them.

    Damaged Goods - ZERO Customer Service

    This Started Early October. Went to CAS, salesman was all over me like acne on a pubescent teenager. Ordered several high end appliances totaling just shy of $16,000. The microwave was delivered with a small dent, which was reported when the microwave was installed, 20 days after delivery due to construction. Reported it on their website link, which I later found out goes nowhere as it does not work. Called and spoke to their "customer service" after a long wait, told it would be repaired - ZERO follow up, I had to call them CONSTANTLY, I was so frustrated I tracked down the COO on social media, his response.... "There are departments and processes in place to handle these situation. This is not the platform or process. I see you have requested service through the Manufacturers Warranty. I see CAS has helped facilitate this activity. You have been informed that the work has been given to Elite Appliance. any further inquires should be directed at them or the manufacturer. " CAS has helped facilitate YOU delivered it damaged it the least you can do, all you did was send it to your repair partners, did you need a vacation after that exhausting facilitation????????? Good to see that customer service goes from the top down "There are departments and processes in place to handle these situation. This is not the platform or process." - Yes and if I did not have to constantly chase your company to answer your damned telephone, I would not have to resort to social media to get a response. Anything that has gone wrong with this purchase - 2 things, they seem to blame the customer, and don't want to take ownership, but they will happily take your money. So when I wanted to buy a matching fridge - I went to another company. - Same Fridge, Same Price, but GREAT customer service. November 29 Cook top given out, never used, never worked - not their fault but ridiculous customer service. Manufacturer working towards resolution , but CAS are useless and arrogant

    Refrigerator and range

    Me and my friend was greeted by the lovely Vathsala Manobavan at the store. She was very patient, respectful, polite, and helpful. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. She gave excellent discount and I’m very excited to receive my new appliances.

    Good Experience

    Talked to Carm about a Samsung dual fuel double range we were interested in. He told us to find the lowest price and he would "smash" it, and he did. Paid much less than what other big box stores wanted for the same product. Said we wanted to check it out in-store first. No problem. Gave us a work order # to take to the store, we checked out the stove and decided to purchase it. Dealt with Ryan in-store and were in and out in less than 15 minutes. Carm was polite, enthusiastic and helpful. We are getting the oven delivered later this week so cannot comment on the product at this time, but the people and experience were top notch. Never felt pressured.

    Canadian Appliance was very good. Ovation, their delivery, was neglectful

    Canadian Appliance was very good, Ovation their consigned delivery and installation of our new HE washing machine were abominable. Two willing men, rushed by their minimum wage and lack of proper training and lacking care for detail, installed our new washing machine's drain pipe inappropriately and, on our first wash, it snapped and flooded the basement. Shame on Canadian Appliance for consigning such poor service. Fortunately, I kept our old sturdy drain pipe installed by good old Sears and was able to remedy the problem. Do not accept flimsy drain pipes on new HE washing machines, they cannot withstand the pressure.

    Freezer

    I haven't received the freezer yet, but the customer service was wonderful and very quick! I hope the product is great as I believe it will be. If not, I will let you know.

    London Store

    Wonderful service. Good selection to choose from. Would suggest this store to people needing appliances. I do think delivery fees are too high but if a customer is unable to pick up appliances you are caught between a rock and a hard place. The sales rep that I dealt with was excellent,
