They sold me defective Whirpool washer floor model and I've got rejected for return. Week later have sent me to customer service. Customer service is impossible to reach. Buyers beware!!!

Very professional and friendly service. I tried several places prior to purchasing fridge and dishwasher. This is the best place without any doubts. Mathieu's assistance was very efficient and friendly. I would never hesitate to return to this store again and to recommend it to my friends.

My wife and I bought a GE refrigerator from CAS which arrived on a Friday with a scratch on the front right out of the box. Since the customer service did not work on Saturday or Sunday we called on Monday (took us over 4 hours to get someone to talk to), which then we were told that it would be impossible to exchange since it has been over 48 hours. I would not work with this company again.

I was very satisfied with the help we received from Som Phamisith. He helped us to understand exactly what we did and did not need. He was very knowledgeable on the products that we required and he had a very pleasant demeanor. We ended up purchasing a slide in Range, a dishwasher and a microwave. We haven't decided yet on the fridge but when we do, it will probably be purchased from Canadian Appliance Source. Prices were great and service was equally great.

We were very satisfied with the service we received from sales associate Dan Thorenton. He was well informed about the products and gave us time to ourselves to decide. Dan provided a number of options to choose from advising on the pros and cons of each make and model. We have purchased a fridge, gas stove, dishwasher (Kitchen Aid), range hood, microwave, TV, washer and dryer over the last 6 months. We would not have gone back if service was less than stellar.

Our 8-year-old over-the-stove microwave was acting up, so I looked around and found this deal on-line at C.A.S. This offer was legit, no bait-and-switch - a Maytag 2.0 cu ft microwave for only $239!! Less than half price (I think it's last-year's model, but who cares). My wife and I visited the Ronson Dr store and was assisted by salesman Ray. We purchased it on the spot and carried it home, brand-new in the box. Had it installed that evening thanks to a good (strong) friend/handyman and it works great. Added an extra 4-years (3rd party) warranty for $85, because appliances don't last forever any more. Very happy with the shopping experience and help at the loading dock at Canadian Appliance Source.
