Overall a very good experience. The salesman (Som Phamisith) was helpful, well informed and not pushy. The price was very competitive and after- sales follow up to confirm delivery and warranty details was quick and helpful. Delivery took place on the date promised.

Fridge died unexpectedly on the weekend. Needed a new one now! Talked to Carm, (very helpful, with great follow though) found one I liked, the price was great (on sale!), and it was delivered next day. Delivery guys were great, and removed my old fridge. Bought the new one without seeing it in person, but it was exactly as expected, so very happy. Nobody likes a suddenly dead fridge, but Canadian Appliance Source saved the day. Of course I'd buy from them again.

We met Imran Ahmed at Etobicoke location (now at Mississauga location) and he was very helpful and knowledgable in recommending appliances for a kitchen reno. We appreciated the fact he pointed out some features that helped us made good selections and was not "pushy" at all. Liked the fact they held onto the appliance for a period of time while our reno was in progress. Imran worked hard for us even after the sale, as a few items were delayed from factory, and he contacted them personally. Prices were the best we could find as well. Would recommend CAS. The fridge came with a big dent on the top, which was difficult to spot without climbing up on the ladder. We noticed it next day. But Customer Service claimed that the fridge had been accepted by saying: "Please note at the unit has been used, it is considered accepted as is. We require LG to submit a Return Authorization to approve this exchange..." We feel that Canadian Appliance is not taking responsibility for the damaged unit, and passing the ball to the manufacture, although it does not look like a manufacturing defect. Be aware. Nowadays, this kind of customer service is hard to expect...

I went to CAS's website last Thursday as I needed a new dishwasher. I felt the site was easy to maneuver through and was able to narrow down the features I wanted with the dishwasher brand I had choosen. Upon calling the store I spoke with Rajesh Sareen who went out of his way to provide me with the best price possible and very quick service on what I wanted to buy. I felt pleased with my overall purchase experience and would go back again.
