Representative Sam was very helpul and supportive on our purchase and selection. He gave us tips how to make a ready and easy process the installation. One of equipments we purchased was under back order, but we took it on reasonable time.

Dan took the time to look up the internet to show us all about the stove, he was very nice to deal with and had patience with the questions we had. would recommend any one to shop here.

My shopping experience is with Louie and Derek last weekend. Dereck suggestion is very helpful to select a proper fridgerator fitting my kitchen although the deal wasn't made. So next time we continue to purchase fridgerator in CAS. Ginny

The washer gave up and my repair guy told me that it wasn't worth fixing. This is at 9:00 in the morning. My repair guy recommended Whirlpool as a replacement, and he recommended Canadian Appliance - he said I wouldn't find a better price. Went onto their website, found what I wanted, called the 877 sales number. Now it's about 10:30. Mark from sales was very helpful and even gave me an even better deal than the awesome price that was on the website. The punchline is that the appliances were delivered 2 hours later. I'd highly recommend this place!

Ordered oven range hood, received product as per the suggested time-frame from store in London; checkout took a little longer than expected otherwise happy with purchase. Sales representative friendly and polite, would order again from this supplier.

I was told by friends that CAS had the best prices in town. I am planning to renovate my kitchen but thought why wait to by the appliances. This is the only store went to and prices were great. Derek Helmer helped me find exactly what I wanted, an induction stove/range, fridge with bottom freezer and dishwasher. Delivery was available within a few days of purchase. Derek knows his appliances. I got everything done in 30 minutes. Fast, efficient and friendly service, just what I like.

When our fridge broke on Friday we start looking for option with delivery as soon as possible. The only place we found fridge in size and finish we wanted was Canadian Apliances. Also the fridge and dishwasher we bought were with good discount. Shopping took less than 30min., delivery will be on Monday. Full satisfaction! Joseph was very helpful ! My experience with Mathieu Laquerre at Canadian Appliance Source was excellent. He was courteous, not pushy, very helpful and familiar with all items I purchased and offered the best prices. I would not hesitate to deal with him or CAS again.

We purchased high end kitchen appliances for $22.000 from the Toronto location and are so disappointed about our experience. While we inspected everything as thoroughly as possible when the items were delivered, some of the damages were only discovered after they were installed a couple of weeks after delivery (for example noise levels or performance). Our sales rep told us to go the warranty route to resolve any issues directly with the brand. It is unbelievable that a company sells damaged products to us and does not disclose anywhere that they sell seconds. It's such a hassle to go through the warranty claim as each brand has their own repair team and of course they give you a half a day window for their appointments. There go my vacation days! 1. Dishwasher: was wet inside and had a broken wheel 2. Fridge ($9k!): had a broken shelf and inside the fridge is a scratch exposing the metal, the fridge is so noisy that we can hear it from the living room. 3. Microwave: has a stiff dial that rubs against something for the first 2 cm and then runs smoothly 4. Ventilation hood has a broken vent cover (bent and the handle was broken off its hinge) Our stove is still in its packaging as we haven't installed it yet. It would seriously surprise us if there is nothing defective with it. I would not recommend purchasing from this company and wished that we would have purchased our appliance from a reputable source.
