I visited cas store in ottawa on a recommendation from my contractor. I needed 4 appliances and an exhaust fan. Pom Phamishith was extremely helpful and patient with our questions. His suggestions helped us make our decisions. My husband and I were not looking forward to this shopping experience but Pom help made it a pleasant experience.

Had to buy a fridge in high priority mode. My mom's condo fridge stopped working. Spent an entire day trying to find a fridge from all the big box stores such as Best Buy, Leon's, Brick, Bad Boy, etc. without any success. The challenge with these stores is it is almost impossible obtaining a sub $800 (before taxes) good branded fridge delivered in under 5 days. Let alone trying to find a fridge that's in stock. When you only a have a single fridge in a condo, there aren't alot of options. You have to arrange with the condo elevator prep and the delivery time has to be accurate because of the prep for delivery in the condo. I was so upset and frustrated with the well known big box stores. And so I came along Canadian Appliance Store which I've never heard of prior. Within 15 minutes of observing their website I found a fridge in stock and at a the price I wanted. The number 1 good thing Canadian Appliance has over others is their website shows what's in stock with a little "Fast Delivery" icon on the product. This means it's available immediately. You don't need to call a sales rep or visit a store to inquire product by product. All the information is in front of you on Canadian Appliance Store, and the purchase process couldn't be simpler. We bought a desirable fridge at a reasonable price and delivered quick. If you're in a situation where you need an appliance ASAP and you have strict limitations on afforability for a reputable brand delivered when you want it, than this retailer is one a kind. The others fail miserably with dependable showing their customers stock availability and fast delivery. I would highly recommend the Canadian Appliance Store to anyone who has high expectations !

Johnny Wang (at Markham location) is a very friendly and knowledgeable sale person, he knows all the detail of the item you would like to buy and direct you eventually to a better product with a much higher customer rating or a better price. Beside this, he personally monitors the order and even lower the item's price if there is any opportunity, for us it meant over 300! He really cares about the customers! We had great service with Carm. He was informative and straight to the point. Most salesman take forever to give their "sales pitch", however we really appreciated how efficient yet thorough Carm was with our sale as we were able to purchase our appliances and get on with our day! We visited the Mississauga location for the first time. We located the fridge that we had researched on line. Mike Lebrun greeted us and offered to assist. We completed the sale quickly and Mike was friendly, efficient and provided all of the necessary information that we needed. Would not hesitate to visit this location again for any appliance needs or recommend to friends.

Advertised 5-10 days delivery. We have it on an email attachment from the store. We bought a stove and fan on August 11th fully paid. Today is Sept 15th and nothing has been delivered we are only getting the run around. When we called after 2 weeks they said 3 weeks when we called after 3 weeks they said it Maytag or" We call you back" but they don't. We keep on calling and not getting a straight answer. Appliances are missing in action.Horrible service.

Abib was fast, honest and efficient. And they had a dryer in stock! Imagine that actually stocking what you sell. Seems a novel idea for Lowes, Home Depot, TA Appliance and more. 10 on 10 ! Three hours from decision to installation and I had to drive 35 minutes to get it and bring it home. Just an awesome experience!

This great gentleman Joseph was very helpful, great at customer service and went an extra mile to make sure that the order was done on time and all the pieces were available for delivery. Would highly recommend Joseph to help you if you want to order your appliances!

We pretty much new what we were looking for. Alex just gave us a good price and answered some questions we had. Wishing one week we had our washer and dryer team. All in all a good shopping experience. Delivery tracking is a very cool feature and we knew the day before the delivery window. That is important!!
