    New Dishwasher

    I have a tankless hot water system in my new home and needed a dishwasher that could heat the water temperature sufficiently to ensure the dishes were cleaned and sanitized. I had done my homework and had visited 6 other stores. CAS prices could not be beat!! Louis Samonas assisted me in choosing the right dishwasher that fit all my requirements, including price range. He was professional, knowledgeable and was able to get me the best price.

    No after sale support or service

    By far the worst customer service and support ever experienced. We purchased a Samsung Fridge and Bosch Dishwasher from Canadian Appliance Source which were delivered on Thursday August 17, 2017. From the moment the Fridge arrived it did not work, it was dead on arrival. We contacted our sales representative the next day hoping to get a replacement fridge but were told its not up to them and we would need to contact Samsung for warranty repair. We did not understand why we needed to engage Samsung repair warranty service since we never had a fridge that worked not even for a moment. We then contacted Samsung who informed us that they would send out a technician to see what was wrong with the fridge. Four days later a Samsung repair technician arrived at our house, to examine the fridge and found an error code that he did not recognize. He suggested he would order a few of the control boards and start swapping them out to see what was broken. It would take a couple of days to get the parts in and then he would schedule another appointment. After he left it took me about 30 seconds to identify the error code on the internet. It indicated an compressor motor lock out, which would require a major rebuild. We called our sales representative back at Canadian Appliance Source to explain the situation and told him we were not interested in having a brand new refrigerator rebuilt and that we wanted a replacement. He again told us there was nothing they could do and it was up to Samsung to authorize the return. From that point on it was up to us, the consumer to battle the manufacturer to get a replacement fridge with absolutely no help or engagement from Canadian Appliance Source. On August 25, 2017 after several correspondence with Samsung and 8 days with out a refrigerator they finally approved the return authorization. We then called Canadian Appliance Source to try and get a replacement fridge sent out as soon as possible but were told that they needed to wait for the proper paper work to come from Samsung in order to do the exchange. We asked them to call Samsung to confirm it was approved, just as they had confirmed to me on the phone, hoping to be able to speed up the process but they would not budge. They stated they could not make any exceptions and need to follow protocol with respect to the paper work, as we tried to explain the situation to them the customer service representative said there was nothing more she could do and hung up. We tried following up with her supervisor, leaving them a message to call us back to discuss the poor customer service but they never returned our calls. Finally on Aug 31, 2017, now two weeks without a refrigerator Canadian Appliance Source called us to advise they would replace our fridge but then told us the earliest they could deliver it was Sept 7, 2017. THREE WEEKS WITH OUT A REFRIGERATOR! We tried to explain this to them and asked if they could deliver the fridge earlier but were told there was nothing they could do, that they only deliver to our area once a week. We are totally disappointed by Canadian Appliance Source and will never buy from them again. All they care about is the sale and have absolutely no interest in customer service or support of the products they sell. Under no circumstances should the customer have to manage their own return authorizations with the manufacturer, certainly not when the product received was dead on arrival, but this is exactly what we had to do.

    **Do Not Purchase from This Compnay**

    ** BUYER BE WARE** We ordered 5 appliances from this company. Once delivery was scheduled, we arranged to have the installer they recommended instal the new gas stove, and chimney ventilation above the stove. Installer arrived and pulled the vent out of the box- badly damaged. We had to pay the installer his minimum fee $103.00. Due to back order, we had to choose another vent. Once delivery was scheduled, we arranged for the installer. The second vent was also damaged. We paid another $103 min instal fee. I pulled the third out of the box BEFORE signing delivery confirmation to ensure it was in good condition. Delivery perosn VERY rude about this. Canadian Appliance Source has transferred me from sales person, to customer service, to returns department, and does not seem interested in taking responsibility for the damaged products they shipped to me. BUY SOMEHWERE ELSE.

    Satisfied with purchase of Whirlpool stove

    Rishi was very professional is getting me the product I needed ensuring it would be delivered as soon as possible. just to let you know, CAS was the only local source that carried in its inventory the stove we needed. Badboy told us it would take 13 days for delivery, a clearly unacceptable option. The delivery people were courteous and respectful. Removed the old stove and put in the new one, all in the space of five minutes.

    Was glad to hear that CAS was finally in London Great service Great price Found exactly what we were looking for in a short time Would go back for sure for any other appliance purchases

    Electrical Appliances

    We purchased a set of new appliances for our new house including fridge, gas range, washer, dyer, vent hood and barbeque for a total of more than $10,000. We also got an extension for the vent hood in case we need it because we have high ceilings at the kitchen. As it turned out we didn't need it but it's too bad YO CAN'T RETURN IT even if the box was never opened. Their return policy says that all sales are final. Read carefully before you buy anything from them. Also for extended warranty I purchased for $600 I did not receive even certificate! I now think I'd be better off with another supplier who has better customer service and return policy which is pretty much any major supplier. Would save myself a lot of hustle

    TV,FRIDGE,WASHER,DRYER,OVEN,DISHWASHER,MICROWAVE

    BAD EXPERIENCED ON CANADIAN APPLIANCE SOURCE-OTTAWA MERIVALE AFTER ORDER IS PROCESS ON MAY 23, 2017 ORDER CAN NOT DELIVER IN FULL UNTIL TODAY SEPT, 2107. I HAD BEEN CALLING THE DELIVERY DEPT AND SALES MANY TIMES BUT NO CONFIRMATION WHEN CAN THEY DELIVER THE LAST ITEM. ITS GOING TO 5 MONTHS NOW AND THERE IS NO CONFIRMATION. CANADIAN APPLIANCE SOURCE IS CHARGING 25% IF YOU CANCEL THE ORDER. BEWARE OF ORDERING ANY ITEMS TO THEM AS THEY CAN NOT DELIVER ON TIME. VERY BAD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH ORDER AND THIS SHOULD BROUGHT TO ATTENTION TO THE AUTHORITY ON BAD PRACTICES WHEN SUPPLIER CAN NOT DELIVER ON-TIME AND YET THEY WILL CHARGE CUSTOMER WITH 25% TO CANCEL THE ORDER. STAR MARK IS FULL NEGATIVE COMMENT.....

    KitchenAid dual-fuel double oven stove

    Best price for the stove in Toronto. Friendly and punctual delivery crew. A part was missing. Called customer service, and they shipped the part by courier in less than a week. All in all, very satisfied.

    Kitchen Appliance Package

    This company has terrible customer service. We have tried to get in touch with A PERSON who can help us upgrade our appliance package and the only way you can go about an exchange is filling out a form and hoping someone received it and will get back to you. The sales people are aggressive, and there is no follow up customer service.

    I check the Internet down this company review their product, price would look good phoned got a sales rep, got a price, paid a deposit and picked up my item next day. Perfect way to do a self people and get your product at a good price.
