The builders of my new home followed the specification for my refrigerator yet it doesn't fit. Canadian Appliance refuses to return or exchange the refrigerator. Zero customer service. Looks like I lost $3,400 to this awful company.

Louis Samonas my salesrep was very helpful. They didn't have what I was looking for but he suggested something else for the same price that I actually liked better. I was in and out in no time.

A shout-out to Angelo who helped take my order for a new dryer on the weekend. He was helpful and ended up recommending a substitute product by GE for a Samsung dryer made by same manufacturer but less expensive and available in-stock. Nice not to have to travel all the way to a showroom and not get the hardsell.

This is our second purchase, a stove, from CAS. Carm S. was helpful and courteous as we determined whether or not to have the old stove taken away. We opted out and had the gas installers leave it on the curb, it was gone within 24 hrs. Great price on a Consumer Reports recommended model. Contracted delivery on time, professional and no problems. Stove working well.

We dealt with Al Janmohamed. We found him to be very soft spoken but knowledgeable of the products and very helpful without being pushy. It was a good experience and we would buy from the store again and ask for Al.

No price match. Bought a dishwasher and the price went down by $500 all within 5 days. Apparently final sale. Sorry did not read the fine print if there was any... terrible. Not buying anything from here again.

This was one of my best shopping experiences. I've started my purchase on line and decided to call in with a question re the pick up of old appliances, delivery lead times etc. Ravi Kohli answered my call, he was very helpful and knowledgeable, I was able to get all of my questions answered in a minute. It was so easy. For the same product the price was lower compared to Home Depot, Best Buy or Lowes. I've finalized my order and I received new washer and dryer and had it up and running within 48hrs from completing my order. Delivery crew was on time snd great as well. I was really pleased.
