My old fridge had finally broken down and needed immediate replacement. I was worried when the Fridge I wanted was on back order from another stores and they had no idea when they would be getting more. This was my first time ordering from the Canadian Appliance Store located in Kitchener. I spoke to Carm Santino who understood my rush to get a new one. He was really polite, professional and was patient in answering the many questions and concerns I had with regards to the Fridge and delivery. My husband and I were thrilled with our purchase and were especially happy with the delivery team. We were thrilled to receive our Fridge so quickly. Thank you to Carm Santino for following up with us to be sure we had received our purchase and that we were happy with it. Excellent customer Service! sales person was very knowledgeable, gave us time to browse, then after questioned answered there was no pressure, gave me and the wife to thin k over all our options, price competitive.

Alay showed us an email that he had received that day indicating an incentive for sales reps to sell Bosch dishwashers. We chose one model and then he upgraded it to a new model at the price of the discontinued one.

Checked all over Durham, can't beat the prices here for new appliances. Sales Staff welcomed us in and did not swoop down on us like a hungry hawk. They let us walk around and shop and did not try to up-sell or pressure us for a sale.

We decided by chance to visit CAS just to browse for kitchen appliances as we were at a loss in getting any valuable information from anywhere else. We had the pleasure of working with Nick Brady who was knowledgeable and took the time to work various options with us until we were satisfied. I hope the delivery goes as smoothly. I would recommend Nick to anyone.
