We are renovating our kitchen and require all new appliances. Having received quotes from another appliance provider, Canadian Appliance Source offered the best prices, with excellent customer service. Not to mention we were able to purchase a high end range hood -- a floor model -- at an excellent price. Rishi, our point of contact, was knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Trying to understand new technology when Scott understood exactly what we were looking for and made the process very easy and affordable. No pressure to buy and we are extremely pleased with the price...we will be back!

We purchased a gas stove from the Stoney Creek store as the item was in stock and they were able to deliver within 3 days. The stove arrived, delivery people brought in the house and were in a hurry as they were running late. I noticed after they had left that one of the dials on the stove was misaligned. Not sure if this was a manufacturers defect or mishandling by the delivery people however when we called for them to bring us a new unit we were quickly told to pound on salt. They directed us to Samsung, who directed us to CAS who directed us back to Samsung again. Now we are going to be without a stove for over a week until they can come service the dial. Had we known this in the first place, we would have just bought from another store. Anywhere else, if you buy something brand new you expect new and undamaged. I've been given the runaround and have had it. I will never shop at this store again. Be VERY cautious if you do.

My dishwasher died and I needed a replacement. I was looking at a Bosch. Canadian appliance source was a significantly better deal for the same dishwasher than all other appliance and home improvement stores I'd visited.

Sears failed to deliver a fridge I had purchased, postponing delivery for a week after promised. I had taken the old fridge downstairs and it was a pain going up[ and down the stairs every 5 minutes. Called Rajesh and he took my order over the phone and it was delivered up north next business day. Delivery guys were pros, no issues.

Maytag washers and dryers are essentially commodities: You can buy them anywhere for about the same price. We did our research in advance. All that will then vary across stores is the sales, service, etc. Unlike some of the other reviewers, we had a very smooth purchase experience (with Harry). While our washer was on backorder, it arrived sooner than expected. Communication from Harry about the status of our order was better than our usual experience. Delivery was especially well done, as we could track the truck (rather than wasting time waiting in vain). Installation was also first rate. Overall, we couldn't ask for a better experience.

Purchased a fridge for tenant and was promised delivery date and of course they put it off a week but not sorry since then the unit has died not once but 3 times and have to use their appliance service guy which is cool He condemns it finally on the third try and so waiting almost 3 weeks for the process to finalize. They send me to supplier who sends me back to them I just asked for money back and they say NO and if the unit I ordered isn't in stock I need to pay for upgrade. WHAT??? true story anyways will not ever work with them again which is too bad since I have 10 apts and they need appliances Infact after I asked the sevice guy to pass me onto someone who knew what was going on he hung up on me.#goodservice Next time stay local

I am more than pleased with the service and pricing I received from Canadian Appliance Source. Mike the salesperson made the purchase quick and easy and he was very knowledgeable, the delivery team was on time and very professional and careful when bringing the new appliances into my home, and the referral to Elie for installation of the dishwasher and over-the-stove microwave was appreciated as he was extremely good at his job. Thank you for a pleasant experience from start to finish.

My wife and I went into your Kitchener store without really knowing anything about your business other than what we read online. We were greeted by Zach Clarke, a salesman for your company. He was very friendly, not pushy, and asked us questions to exactly help out in what we were looking for. Zach was very knowledgeable about the refrigerators on sale at your establishment which helped us considerably. We were very pleased with our experience both in the purchase and the delivery.
