This is our third purchase from CAS and from Scott Rogers. An amazing experience with customer service as it should be. Great products at terrific prices. You won't be disappointed.

I bought a dishwasher from them and i was advised after that it was on backorder and should be in in 2 weeks. 2 weeks passed and they extended the eta and then extended again finally in july they said it was shipped. Called again to confirm and theu said it was not shipped. I feel misled and will not buy from them again.

CAS was recommended to me by a family friend, and I decided I would go and check the place out. I was looking for a new fridge and wasn't really prepared to buy but right from the beginning i was approached by a knowledgeable sales associate. josh really listened to what I was looking for and took the time to help me make a choice.. i love my new fridge but i love the price i got it at even more! thanks again Josh for all of your help and your patience! i would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for appliances!

My husband and I were looking for a new fridge and he had heard about CAS and I thought I would make the trip and check it out. Josh Zinga was our sales associate and was a really big help! I thought I would give CAS a try and boy am I glad I did! I got a washer and dryer new for 1500.00 and the sales associate didn't pressure me into anything and didn't follow me around like other places. I would totally get anything else I needed from this place! it truly is a hidden gem! thanks Josh for all of your help!!

My wife and I dropped in to the Stoney Creek location of C.A.S. just to "shop around" for a new fridge and dishwasher. My wife had read about several positive shopping experiences other people had enjoyed on her Facebook Mom's Groups - and they were quite correct! Nick Brady was very knowledgeable, personable, honest and a joy to work with. He helped us chose just what we needed, with no pressure to up-sell us on what we didn't need, or want. Not to mention his ability to show all the major appliance stores prices, and C.A.S. had them all matched or better! Needless to say, we were thrilled, since we didn't have to run around to compare prices and will most likely be back when our stove or microwave finally requires replacement. Thanks Nick!

In April I bought a Bosh diswasher from them. I didn't needed till Julay but of course as I called just to check what the price would be on the model that I was interested I was assure that today is the best day to get it and they had no problem holding it for me till Julay. Well since I needed it anyway I went ahead and purchased discussing that I wanted a model with a 24"handle. In jaly I brought the diswasher to my new home only to realized that is the wrong one..no handle. I contacted them and at first looked like there should be no problem since the one I got was never used, I provided the picture to prove it. After a couple of weeks of no responds from anybody I as trying to call, good luck there, all I got was answering machine, salesman never returned my call either, after days of trying to get through I finally found out that my request was declined,they forgot to inform me thou, salesman claims he send me a picture of the existing one at the time of purchase, I never got that, so I'm not sure where he send that, basically everybody washed their hands from it. So to summarize good luck if you need to deal with the costumer service there, fast on taking the money not so fast to provide the service. I'm sure I'll never use that company again. Very disappointed !

I called the store not really having time to shop around and Rishi was fast and gave me a great price. My delivery was scheduled for less than a week later. I will shop here again.
