Went to the Dufflaw location of CAS. Adib helped me find the correct product (2 DOAN downdrafts) and processed the order very quickly. The price was very reasonable. Adib was helpful and informative. Subsequently visited the Whitby outlet and David assisted me in placing an order (all fridge, all freezer with trim kit; slide-in gas oven; slide-in convection oven; beverage cooler; wine cooler; dish washer). David was very pleasant and helpful and the order was the same price as one placed with Sears earlier which they had been unable to supply (Sears pricing included a 40% discount). The dish washer (floor model) was missing some trim parts and David quickly contacted the supplier and the parts were delivered within 3 days.

I purchased stove with everything including extended warranty (which noone does) with delivery $59 plus old appliance removal of $20. My original invoice had only 2 items range and delivery fee and since my warranty was included in price of range I didn't assume that appliance removal was missing but rather included in the range price as well. Guess what, on delivery guys didn't want to remove old range since it was not itemized and assumed it was not paid. Since they were on tight delivery schedule I had to scramble to call CA to see what is going on and at the end I have to pay extra $22.60 for removal. There was so much stress involved in the process that I am very disappointed and as I am old customer Sales Rep response will give me $20 back next time I order something from them!!!! Seriously, what next time, there will be NO next time for me.

I read many reviews and was afraid to order!! But damn they were such a great price. I already knew what I wanted. So I called the Stoney Creek store and got NICK BRADY ... well let me tell you!! Great guy. Helpful. Pleasant. He got me a great deal on all the appliances and saved me over half on the 5 year warranty!!!! ALL without stepping foot in the store!! Thanks Nick, I will be calling for my washer & dryer soon!!! Don't be afraid make the call!!

We had Trevor Payer as our sales person. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful in every way. He followed through with us on every detail. He gave us a tremendous deal on our package. When I walked into the store Louie made eye contact with me immediately. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me my options, both on the floor and at his desk via the internet. There were no pressure tactics and I quickly came to a decision and am looking forward to my purchase.

I had a list of the items I needed. Scott took the information and called me back in within 10 min with the quote that was better than any other I got from other appliance store. The purchase was processed timely and effectively. I hope the delivery will be as smooth as the order.

Our old fridge broke down so we were in the market for a replacement. While all other companies we contacted told us that they can deliver the fridge we wanted in 4-6 weeks Fred Capobianco told us he will deliver it in 2 days. The product arrived on the scheduled date and it was in perfect condition. The delivery crew were also professional. Thank you for a great experience.

I spent $6000.00 in this store and it has been a nightmare from beginning to end. I ordered the Maytag wall oven and it was defective. its been sitting in my brand new kitchen since May 12, 2017 and they will not replace it. They told me to deal with Maytag who told me that Canadian Appliance is not a part of an exchange program which means if you buy something from them they wash their hands of it and you will have to deal with the manufacturer. that's another nightmare. Maytag now conveniently don't have this oven in stock. I will not get my oven till the end of June. This is unacceptable on both Parties. i have spent numerous hours on the phone and the only irresolution is to wait 6 weeks for them to send me a new one. I was told that Canadian Appliances had three of them in their warehouse but they will not help me. Please Please do not shop here. The manager Jay did nothing to resolve this issue. So why they have a manager i don't know. All i can say is good luck if you have a problem. They will call you day after day to deliver the product but will not return you calls if you have an issue....

Ajay was extremely helpful, we kept on returning to change our appliances as our needs kept on changing. Ajay assisted us wonderfully among every single iteration. Not only was he knowledgeable about all their products, but the prices at CAS could not be beat. Would definitely return.
