We purchased a stove at CAS stoney creek location. After many hours of research,we found the best prices at CAS. We made a call to the store and spoke to Mr Scott Rogers.He is very knowledgeable about the products also made useful recommendations to us . We would recommend him and this store to everyone.

Top rate sales service from Rishi Bhatti. He answered my many questions during multiple sales calls. He was knwoledgable and patient as I tried to make my product choice. Rishi even returned my phone call on his day off...who does that? My order placement and pick-up were both handled very professionally. All of this while getting the best price I could find during my shopping research. Great customer experience!

Nick Brady was our sales rep and we found him to be very knowledgeable with choosing the right appliances for our budget. We purchased our built-in microwave and hood fan from the store for our new Losani home. We looked at various stores before going to CAS and nobody can compare to their level of customer service and prices. Both the "big box stores" told us that our LG Gas Dryer was "discontinued" and not available in Canada!? We had almost given up and we're very close to settling for an electric version to match our washing machine when a relative found our Gas Dryer listed online with Canadian Appliance Source! We contacted Ryan Noble who was confident that his company could supply the make and model we required! It arrived this morning via a fantastic delivery team and we couldn't be happier!!! Thank you Canadian Appliance Source and especially Ryan Noble, whose enthusiasm and courtesy made tracking down our elusive Gas Dryer a positive experience! Our only regret is that we didn't approach CAS at the beginning of our search for a new laundry pair!!!

Really, I would give this a 3.5 to 4 Star rating. Although everything started off quite well, I had to wait 4 weeks to get my appliance. Initially, I was told 5 days to get the item in stock and then maybe another couple to have it delivered. I understand the manufacturer may had had delays but I would have liked to be contacted and advised, instead of me being the one to follow up. That said, Mark was always prompt at returning my emails and answering any of my questions. My appliance thus far is beautiful and awesome and there is no chance I would have got it for the same price that Mark gave it to me anywhere! Shipping was well received and the gentlemen handling the delivery were very friendly.

Special Thanks to George Moutoulas who was informative and thorough as we discussed the Electrolux appliances I purchased. Delivered as expected. On time and no surprises. The best kind of transaction!

Bought a fridge, with old fridge removal. They delivered the fridge. Didn't take the old fridge because they claim that on the invoice that they won't remove old fridges if they have to take off the doors to get it out of the house. Nowhere on my invoice does it say this. Long story short, out removal charge and had to get 1-800-got junk to remove my old fridge. The customer service response was to blame me and tell me I would have to pay another $50 to have them come back and remove the old fridge. Will never deal with CAS again. I gave them a 2 review because the salesman was good enough, the delivery and post delivery service was an embarrassment.

I am renovating my kitchen and it is not always an easy task. I Enjoyed working with Jamie. He was very knowledgeable, accessible and patient. He always replied to my emails and calls and did his best to give my the best value.

Abib was very helpful making sure we purchased the correct apartment sized washer/dryer that fit our space and worked with our outlets. Thank you for asking about the outlets, you saved us a lot of hassle !!! ;) We'll be back!
