Trevor was very patient and accomodating on all of our questions. He gave us some time to think about our purchase and was not pushy at all. I will definitely recommend CAS and Trevor to my friends.

I went to look for appliances for our house. The sales person, Adib, had been very condescending toward me. To my husband though, he was very friendly. Whenever I asked a question, he expressed annoyance and was not happy that I didn't accept his recommendation. He was not courteous at all and addressed mostly to my husband instead of me the whole time during my visit. If my husband weren't such a nice guy, I would not have agreed to buy anything from Adib.

We needed to buy 4 appliances for a kitchen renovation. Canada Appliance Source is known for having good prices, however we worried about choosing among the myriads of possibilities. Fortunately we had Ravi Kohli to help us. He has detailed knowledge of all the appliances and our worries transformed in a very pleasant experience. In about one hour we selected all four! Great experience at Ottawa Store. Purchased a new refrigerator. The sales person Mathieu Laquerre is very helpful and the price is very attractive. Delivery is as planned and on time.

It has been one of our best shopping experiences. For the best price and excellent customer service we had a very good shopping experience at Canadian Appliance Source. They delivered our appliance on the time and date promised.

After researching Bosch dishwashers, the online prices at several stores were checked. While other stores price-match, and provide an additional discount, the in-stock availability and delivery time from the CAS store was best. Dealing with Trevor Payer was excellent. Another customer (looking for a different product) and I bombarded Trevor with questions and he was unflappable. Information did not change, he didn't push higher priced products - he simply gave us the information we required so we could make informed decisions. I would definitely deal with Trevor and CAS again.

Following an extensive research for the purchase of an electric range through Internet and visits to various local kitchen appliances distributers, we also stopped at Canadian Appliance Source (CAS) in Ottawa. We liked the great variety of available appliances displayed on the premises floor for customer viewing. This along with the professional manner by Alex Polak who served us by thoroughly answering our specific list of requirements and offering a number of options, led us to the closing of the deal. Very impressed and satisfied with our shopping experience and price at CAS.

The showroom is very high end, inviting and professional. We were extremely pleased with our first experience with CAS. Fred C could not have been more helpful. He measured the box to ensure it would fit in our car. He outlined the pros and cons of the products we were interested in. And the icing on the cake is he gave us a better price than anywhere else.
